Every time I've been to the one in Kannapolis there's always been issues. Whether it's the order, the food quality not being sauced enough, too much grease. There's always issues in Kannapolis. I go to the one in Salisbury because they get their stuff right and correct every time so I don't know what the issue is but it needs to get figured out

The food, music, staff, and cleanliness

The soda machine was not calibrated properly, and our soft drinks were flat with no carbonation.

Keep prices down.

This is hard to write, because we've been loyal ECW customers since you first opened, and we stuck with you through the renovation and reopening. For years, we ate here about every other weekend. Sadly, our last visit a few weeks ago was the worst experience we've had, and we haven't been back since.

Over our last several visits, the quality has steadily declined. This time, the wings had hardly any meat and were dry and chewy. The hot chips, which are usually fantastic, were a mess: some were cold, some were clumped together, and many were barely cooked or nearly raw. On top of that, we were charged for an extra side of ranch. It's a small thing, but little perks like that are part of what keeps regulars coming back, and charging for it felt like a sign that something is off.

We genuinely like the owner. She has always been kind to us, and that's a big reason we've kept giving this place another chance. But it's easy to see that the kitchen is hit or miss depending on who's working the line. Some days the food is great, and other days it's clear the cooks don't care about what they're sending out. We've raised concerns before, and unfortunately nothing seems to change.

This restaurant has had its highs and lows, and right now it's heading in the wrong direction. Losing customers who have supported you from the very beginning is sad, and we'd love nothing more than to come back and see ECW return to the quality we know it's capable of. That will take consistent, well-trained kitchen staff who take pride in the food. We hope this is taken as the honest feedback it's meant to be.

The food and service is always good! The Statesville store needs major upgrades to the floors and bathrooms. The floors are always sticky and feel nasty despite being cleaned. The feel of the restaurant will drastically change if these upgrades are completed. I know that I would feel better about bring a crowd with me next time.
