We thoroughly enjoyed our wings on the National Chicken Wing Day. Our only concern was that the number of wings available for purchase was lower than the advertised number in the advertisement email which adversely affected our plans for the evening. I understand the supply was running low but we were there in the afternoon and considering that the evening crowd was still to come, more supply should have been ordered. East Coast is still our favorite place for wings!!!
Great service. I came on wing day and even though it was packed and very busy, the east coast team did very well with the high demand and was very nice. I got my food in a timely matter, my order was correct and delicious. Great service, great attitudes, and they were very patient. I love this location.

We always enjoy the food, our waitress last time never came back to check on us had to flag her down to get our check. It was just the one most are very good.
Sarah did a great job even though it was CRAZY on national wing day! Friendly, stayed on top of things! Kitchen was slammed but our food came out hot & ready to eat.

Tuesday night was $0.50 wings. Can’t beat a deal like that. Hope they do that again.
The food & service was great.
The front counter team did an awesome job with taking my to go order off the street and fulfilling it quickly in spite of the crowd there for take out orders. The chicken was good overall though a few pieces were not full parts of the wing. The Pepsi soda was ok though was flat by the time I arrived home. (It would’ve been nice to have the option to buy a non-carbonated drink instead.)
Nevertheless, it was a good experience overall!

It was a horrible experience on .25 cent wing day. You were not prepared for the influx of customers. My experience was all egregious. Nothing, I mean nothing was pleasant. From the service to the food. I will not be back even on a good day.

My daughter's to go boneless wings had hair in them. We threw them away and she had a pb&j instead. Big disappointment 😔

During .25 wing night the place was packed!!! Standing room only. All of the staff were great, doing the best they could. They were friendly, even though, obviously stressed. Some of them had been there all day. They did an awesome job !
better service, when you run out of lid for the cup, that's a serious problem.
