I have a shellfish allergy and it’s a struggle every time I visit. I try to order something that is very low risk and understand it’s my responsibility but have not had good results with staff having knowledge of contamination. Again, I know it’s my responsibility and what I can and can’t order (nothing fried) b it have still had issues on the last two visits. Not sure I will try a third soon. Great food!! Just issues that are too big to ignore
Wings
The food was hot and delicious, and my server was attentive.
The flavoring on the wings aren't consistent. I know its challenging because of all the business. When ordering online, it seems there's always 1 item left out of the bags. Some just as simple as the celery and carrots.
Have more wait staff for the busy times!
I been going to East Coast wings at Northlake since they open,they use to have the best wings in Charlotte nc, it's not the same the service is horrible, my wings were not done,they were over seasoned, the waitress act like she didn't care,the cook came out from the back looking dirty and started watching the game smh!!! They need a military manager some one who can keep them and check and listen!!
I live about 10 minutes down the road from this location and I love East Coast Wings. At one time I would come here pretty frequently. Now it has probably been a few months. My experiences there have been good as far as the food goes. Its typically the service in the front of house that has lacked for me. Typically I have to wait longer than expected for my beer when I order one. Once I get my food I usually never get checked on again. In many instances I would like to order another drink but never do because of the time it takes to even get asked if I would like another one. Otherwise the location itself is good and the atmosphere is good.

Although the food is good, the service has declined. The past 3 times I have gone to East Coast Wings, I haven't had the best experience. Friends of mine have also had similar experiences as well. Last time I was there with my mom, there were 4 servers at the front desk. The server at the register was helping someone when we walked in, but the other three were just standing there talking. There was no greeting, and we thought maybe we were supposed to seat ourselves because we waited so long, but finally the server finished with the other customers and greeted us and asked how many. We answered her and she repeated it as if to hint to the other servers to seat us...She was still doing something on the computer, which I'm not complaining about because she was busy, but the other three were still standing there behind her looking at their phones, talking. My mom said out loud about seating ourselves, and the server at the computer turned around and asked, "Who is seating them?" One of the servers reluctantly asked us if we wanted a table or a booth. We said booth and were finally seated. However, the table was dirty and sticky. She still sat us and sat our menus down on the dirty table. My mom had to ask if the table could be cleaned before we sat down. We are not the type to nitpick and complain just to complain, but this experience was not good. There was only one other booth with a coupl in it when we were seated. There were other open booths that were clean she could have sat us at, or at the very least she should have cleaned the table prior. We used to go to East Coast a lot years ago, but we haven't been going as much because it feels as though we are bothering servers just by coming in and trying to give our business. The only thing that keeps us coming back now and then is the good food, but as mentioned before, we do not come as often. This used to be my mom's favorite place to go, but now it's not because of the atmosphere created by the staff. We have had great service in the past, but it seems rare now. I have friends who have said the same thing, they were sat at a dirty table, the service wasn't great, wait times were crazy especially considering the dining room was nearly empty, etc. If service improved, I'm sure we would be coming back more often.

Our order got lost but it was a busy time
First and foremost, I love the large sized wings and they r cooked to perfection as ordered! My wife likes the juicy boneless wings that r served! The table service is always very good. We enjoy everything when we come there!!

Well, I give you a low rating because you closed our favorite wing place in Wake Forest and have not reopened or told us if you will reopen a location there. We love your wings but Connor get to any locations conveniently! Sorry guys, please try to do better
Consistency. We go to ECW for our wing fix. The past 2-3 times we have been bummed for one reason or another. Wing size is inconsistent. Cooking is inconsistent. Delivered temperature is inconsistent. Saucing is inconsistent.

I had a great experience at East Coast Wings! The wings were absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly, and packed with flavor. Every bite was juicy, fresh, and incredibly satisfying. They have a great variety of sauces, making it easy to find a favorite.
What really made the visit stand out was the awesome serving crew. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service made the meal even more enjoyable.
If you're looking for amazing wings and outstanding service, East Coast Wings is definitely worth a visit. I'll definitely be coming back! 🍗😋
