The food was good as always, upon checking there was a ranch missing but the gal up front was quick to fix that. My many issue was that I was told when I called my order in that it would be 15 to 20 mins. It was over 40 and nothing was ever said like sorry for the delay etc. I feel the order was missed and reissued, could be wrong. I would have liked it if one person would have said something.
How did they say it on Cheers: Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name. While that may not be true, I have made many friends at the bar and enjoy my experiences there. 2-3 times a week

Service was great!! Boneless chicken came out on the warm not hot side and the nuggets seemed to become hard to cut and chew as they cooled. I left two on the tray.
The wings didn’t have much sauce. We ordered extra crispy and they were not crispy. I ate more veggies than wings. I’d love for my food to be remade or refunded.
Order wasnt correct it was just the heat and not of the sauce.

Did not have the ordered wing sauce. When asked to replace, restaurant took another 45 minutes for a kids meal wing combo. Which was the only item that had wings. Took about an hour from ordered to receiving food. Staff did not show urgency or attempt to apologize. Initially had to reach out to staff to figure what was taking order so long as staff did not approach me after initially “checking my order.”

They consistently meet our expectations
Order was ready when we arrived to pick it up, but had not been sitting there long. Wings were very good. Cooked as specified with all of the "extras" included. This location had some issues a few years ago and we stopped going. (i.e. missing items, wings not done to order, cold, etc). Decided to try them again as it HAD been a while. Greatly impressed. Will definitely be going back sooner, rather than later.
