Great wings and atmosphere. We moved away from the area in 2021 and still talk the East Coast Wings. We will definitely stop in when back in the area!

I always enjoy the wings I purchased. What I really like is that East Coast Wings has so many different flavors compared to many restaurants.
The wings are very small and are very greasy. The sauces are mediocre in taste at best (I've had better tasting sauces at Buffalo Wild wings honestly). The staff was friendly on my first visit and has gradually gotten worse. The restaurant smells of old fryer grease and I can't get the smell out of my clothes for a few washes afterwards. The cost is way too expensive for what you get and the rewards system is a joke.
When the location first opened, the food was amazing, the cocktails were great and everything was consistent. Our last few trips to East Coast, though, have been a chance each time. The wings are perfect or overcooked. The drinks are great or watered down. With the current economy and personal financial situations being unpredictable at times, I’m going to spend my money on what’s consistent. Period. I do not have enough discretionary money to be wrong right now.
ECW is my goto for wings in Philly. Always juicy, crispy and seasoned to the T and the Heat Factor range is awesome. From softy to seeing the devil..lol. Good atmosphere chill music and sports TVs. Add good service and you got a winner. Remember to smile waiters/ess

The service was ok, I think the waitress said they were short staff. I suggest paying people a wage that keeps them at the company and not seeking higher paying jobs.
My last experience was extremely disappointing and, honestly, unacceptable. An employee who was being trained was very rude, which already made the experience unpleasant.
After picking up our order, we drove all the way home only to realize that half of our order was missing. We had to drive all the way back to the restaurant, where we ended up having to search for the rest of our order ourselves. What made matters worse, an employee was standing right there while we had to locate the missing food ourselves.
At that point, we simply grabbed the rest of our order and left. After that experience, we have not returned, and unfortunately, I do not see myself ordering from this location again. Customers should not have to deal with rude employees, incomplete orders, and then have to correct the restaurant’s mistake themselves.
I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously because this was a very poor customer experience.
Have more choices of draft beer.
My order was wrong, I ordered boneless wings and got bone in. It came with fries and they were so soggy (mind you I live 3 minutes away) the ranch was missing and the medium sauce was leaking all through the bag. Absolutely terrible experience and was not worth my hard earned money
