How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The 30 wings that we ordered was supposed to have three different sauces on it and they did not. When we called back to the restaurant. The manager argued with me that the wings were dipped in 3 different sauces, when clearly they weren’t anyone should know what hot wings are supposed to taste like and that Thai chili like fried wings no pepper flakes on them at all the Cajun rub was OK! That was my first time eating at East Coast wings and probably my last the Customer Service from the manager was horrible!
