Food was never picked up and didn’t receive a refund

Food was hot and serves was great.

The 10 belongs to The Staff, not the owners. We are at East Coast, quite often. Something happened to my husband while we were eating lunch there. The Owner was notified of what happened, and his answer was tell him I’m sorry. A few minutes later, the son of the owner came over to apologize, offered a drink, than left. Not sure I want to go back there, but I love the Staff, and they work very hard.

It has been a while since we've gone to the Clemmons location and were very impressed. The service was fantastic, our waiter was so nice and attentive, the manager even stopped by a couple times to check in and top of drinks. The food was good, but on the crispier side. Overall a great experience.

I have ordered the chicken tenders the same way for several years now. When I recieved my tenders, they were spicy. I questioned the waitress as to why they were spicy and she stated that the tenders plain were spicy. I don't do spicy, that's why I order the tenders and always get the hickory bourbon sauce, which is not spicy. The experience was terrible because the waitress argued with me about this. I couldn't eat my meal and she didn't offer to fix it, exchange it, or any type of compensation. I sat with my group and watched everyone else eat while I couldn't. She asked at the end of the meal if I would like a box to take the food I could not eat home. I refused and left it on the table.

Wings were cooked perfect! I ask for them crispy and they deliver!

Great service and food

I get so very tired of ordering the hot sauce (wing sauce) and paying for a certain size to only get a half filled container. This time I had a 4oz container that was maybe 1/4 of the way full. If you aren't going to give people what they pay for, don't offer it.

Everything. The staff is friendly everytime I go. I drive from High Point to Thomasville when I want East Coast. That alone states a lot.

Every time we visit this location on Peter's creek we have a great experience. Everyone is so pleasant and if they are busy they will acknowledge you. I like that. I will keep coming back.

The last few times I went to East Coast Wings, the bar did not have tonic water. Now they do! I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you for this and your fabulous wings!!

Service was great. Food was not. Chicken wings small and way over cooked. I only ate 2 of the 5 and left hungry.

The wings were ruberry and undercooked. The lemon pepper was to salty.

The staff is always so thoughtful and helpful, so great to have a great meal and enjoy the time together with no rush from the employees to empty the table for the next customer.

We usually grab it to go. We do the app and it's always good. I even used my $10 birthday month coupon. Great food.

I placed a to-go order and receptionist was very knowledge and helpful. My order was completed and I needed to run an errand and would return in 15 minutes. As I was walking back up to the entrance, the reception girl recognized me and had my order waiting for me at the door!
I have always enjoyed a pleasant and great experience when I have visited.

We always love coming to ECW in Salisbury NC. I always bring my grandkids there.
