The food preparation was poor, food was dripping in grease, it can be better
Both the food and service were wonderful. Our server, Emily, was one of the best servers we have ever had checking on us frequently but not to the point of annoyance, and she had a cheerful disposition. We ordered something new along with our usual, and learned we now have another new favorite. The price was incredibly fair, and we will be back soon.

I had a pickup order and was greeted with exceptional customer service. Just by habit, I checked the food when I walked back to my vehicle. Everything was perfect and the wings smelled amazing. We all agreed the wings were a 10 out of 10. I will definitely order from this establishment again very soon!

We have followed ECW since it opened in Mt Airy. Our last visit, the restaurant was empty, yet it took forever to even get someone to wait on us. And there were plenty of service staff behind the counter talking. Add to it, the portions were smaller than normal and the chicken wasn’t nearly as flavorful as is usually the norm. I guess anyone can have a bad day, but the entire experience from service to food was definite south of ordinary.

Food quality and friendliness seem to have slipped recently. The chicken sandwich that I received was dry even though I got hot flavor and added an additional add on flavor…. It should not have been a dry chicken with just a touch of sauce on the middle. The piece of chicken I received was gristly as well.
I must ask why the hostesses send the customer to the back of the store to pickup their takeout food. A customer asks at the front reception for the food and then they get sent to the back of the restaurant where they have to get in another line and ask again to pick up the food from a busy bartender. The food is already paid for and it is not being kept warm so that is rather inconvenient for the customer.
I gave a 7 rating because the food used to be better than I received. With the price increases and lower quality service and food quality, there is less incentive to visit this location.
Faster service with food..
Good food reasonable prices
Cook instructions. We would go East Coast couple times a week. But last couple of time they wasn't as good as usual. Last time our order wasn't correct. We ordered with no peppers & we had peppers. And both times the Philly cheese steak sub was to spicy with seasonings.

We love East Coast Wings. We are in our70’s and most of our friends don’t go out for wings. If anyone asked for a recommendation we would say you have the best wings in Kingsport.
Your internet service is almost nonexistent but your wings and service are both excellent.
I thought the boneless wings I ordered were rushed because the sauce was just lightly spread on them in a few places. They still tasted just fine, but the presentation could have been better.
This was my first visit to the High Point location and service was terrible and food was not the quality that I receive from other locations. The sauce flavors were greatly different from previous experiences and the kitchen had no clue what the limited Hawaiian was. They literally threw cold pineapple on top of Teri Ginger Garlic per the receipt.
