I have been coming to this location for almost 20 years. The food and service have always been great, and the friendly staff and clean environment makes me happy to share this East Coast Wings with family and friends.
Missing half our order.
The food was really fresh and good. I did a curbside order as I had my little kids with me and loved that I didn’t have to get out of the car. They did seem to be short staffed as I was told I may have to go in as they didn’t have anyone available to bring the food to my car, but they ended up accommodating me and bringing it to my car. I had to wait probably 10 mins on hold to let them know I was there to pick my food up- that was a bit frustrating.
Probably about once a year I try this location and every time I am disappointed. Either the food is not prepared well or the staff is just rather uninviting. I’m not sure if the owner is still the same as about 7 years ago but every time I’ve come back I remember why I don’t. I don’t mean to bash your location but I will drive across town to country club every time because of this experience I have at Peter’s creek every time.

I tried calling several times and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Once I got there the lady said the phones had been down. Nothing she could do about it. She wanted to be sure I saw the sign to check my order before I left because once I walked out there is no refund or correction allowed. I had a large order and had to open every bag and container to be sure it was right. Glad I did because the chips were missing. Not a huge deal, but her personality and approach was definitely uncomfortable. She seemed like we were all bothering her. For me and for the few other guests waiting on orders it felt awkward. Who knows maybe she was having a bad day. The food was decent, but I was surprised by the service.
The waitresses are always very nice and try hard to make our dinning experience enjoyable. My wife and I eat here about 3 times a week. Trinity, Brooke, and Savanna are always glad to see us.

Short staffed last time we were there, but hostess helped the only waitress to get our drinks and take our order.
The servers were very nice. They were busy but the food didn’t take long to get out to us and it was delicious. The flavors were amazing and they had a lot of flavors! It was overall very enjoyable! I’d definitely recommend!

The food quality can vary from order to order. Some times it's great, other times it's not. The lack of consistency has us going to other wing places lately.
