The girl working the to go counter was pretty rude when we came in to get our order. We were also missing one of our sides.

Cherish is amazing. We go here quite often and she recognizes my husband when he comes in to pick up our orders. It is refreshing to have someone that cares so much about their job.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The wings were over cooked & did not gave enough sauce. The kids Mac & cheese was dry.
Service started off ok, but then it slacked off half way through.

I really like east coast wings but the Harrisburg location just disappoints the last two times I've ask for extra crispy the wings have been chewy.
