I placed a pickup order. The staff was friendly however my wings were overcooked- hard and tough to eat. I also ordered lemonade with both meals, however one of the drinks looked more like a pinkish dirty water so I pour it out
I lived the Quesadilla and our server was so kind and helpful.
We get very good service from Ashley and Roger checks to be sure everything is going well. Overall the staff is friendly. We usually get wings and they are of good quality and tasty.

I love EastCoast wings and The customer service is amazing every time i visit the store and call over the phone.
I ordered a grilled buffalo chicken salad. I explained to the waiter I wanted the cheese on the side, no bacon bits and I wanted the chicken grilled extra well done (really brown) with hot sauce. The salad that was brought to me was not the salad I ordered. It had lettuce, slice eggs and some green stuff I assume was guacamole and the chicken looked like it had been barely cooked really light colored with not much sauce on it. I sent it back. I told the person that took it back again what I wanted. I waited more and then it was brought a second time. This time the chicken was "fried" not grilled like I had asked. There was cheese on it plus cheese on the side. I sent it back once more. There was a lady who came out and asked me exactly what it was that I wanted. I believe she was a manager but she didn't state that. She apologized and said they would have it right out. The original waiter never came to me and said he was sorry or anything until after it was brought back to me for the 3rd time. It still wasn't completely like I wanted it but after waiting for an hour, I was so hungry plus I needed to get home to my fur baby to take her out that I decided to go ahead and eat it. The cheese was on the salad plus on the side. The chicken was not cooked as "done" as I would have liked for it to have been but like I said I wanted to eat after having to wait for an hour or more and plates brought to me 3 times. I have always loved ECW and I will be back at some point because I know that sometimes things happen and people are going through things that keep them from being on top of their game.....so i will give them another chance and hopefully it will be a better experience. Thank you!
