I love the people and the associates! I love the atsmosphere in which I sit as a regular customer at least 3-4 times a week! I like laughs and get to mingle with other customers in general at ECW! The food.

This East Coast has amazing food! I came from Winston Salem and didn’t like how they prepared their food. I will return!

The last two time we have eaten there the wings were overcooked.

Our food was delicious. Prompt service and staff were friendly.

The food (wings) are always so good. We moved a couple of months ago to Leland NC - we miss our regular dine in every couple of weeks.

So we stop by whenever we are going that way

The orders are always on time and correct. They have the best wings , for sure in Mount Airy, and perhaps in all NC. The staff is friendly and picking up is a breeze

The food is always good and on point! The staff are friendly most of the time we visit. I like beer with anything with hot buffalo sauced, but the beer selection is mediocre. Get local beers in a variety of styles (IPAs are my favorite). Cheers!

Service was so slow

The food and service was exceptional. Loved it.

The food is not consistently fresh at this location. Also the heat index isnt either. Sometimes hot is hot and other times is mild!

I like the staff. Very friendly chaps.

The bartender waited on our table of 9 as well as several other tables and did a fantastic job. I wish i know here name to share it with you

Always great service and food and a reasonable price. The staff is always great and take care of me. Refills are there for me before I even ask and the service is fast and always great, This is my go-to place for lunch on Sunday I am never disappointed in the meal or service. 5 stars from me.

Always good food

Food is always good, service is good. Great atmosphere. Great deals on Mondays with 85 cent wings. We love coming here regularly. Lunch specials are great too.

Services season as good.Everybody's leaving and the other day.One girls service was really bad.The last person that took care of us was a little bit better. They fired Victoria, which was very good and my granddaughter left and she was awesome.Everybody that we talked to loves her.I don't know what they're doing cause they're people to leave food's not as good as it used to be either. The new girls don't always put your points down.
So we lose points for our free food. It Was my husband's best place to eat and was mine but not anymore. Take a drink, better with the community too.My daughter tried to get a discount for her daddy's 70th birthday when we've been through a lot. They wouldn't even give her a discount.I have tried to get them to donate for the homeless feeding and they wouldn't. She went to another restaurant in the area.And told them what are we have been through and they said oh we're gonna take care of you. She asked them.What would it cost her and they said nothing.Enjoy your time with your father. Sad thing is, East Coast is his favorite wing place, but he had to eat it from somewhere else.For his birthday. Too many changes.And not enough compassion for the community

We enjoy coming to ECW on New Garden and sitting at the bar, eating wings, and chips and watching football. The bartenders provide great service and the wings and chips are very good!
