Service and food is great!
First off, you're 80% of the way there. The issues I've seen are the same everyone is dealing with, but if you can find a way, you'll rise above competition. Issues mostly to do with staffing (too few folks, so those that ARE there are overworked and under appreciated. Food quality has been very good. Rewards system is challenging for the occasional user (me), but to their credit, your Team has always worked with me to get any rewards/discounts applied.
We ordered wings and food for birthday f o r 7 people lady at counter said she didn't have our order , when we got home she called said they found order 1 hour later, that was understandable the whole time she was rude and realy like it was our fault, thanks for asking
I really enjoyed the quality of the food. Everything was prepared exactly as I ordered, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning soon with friends and family to enjoy some football games!

I wanted to say that time my meal was not hot my chicken was cold and the sauce that was recommended to me was not what I asked for or what I like and there were phone issues to call in for take out so I needed to use my app
I don’t understand why they charge extra for ranch dressing with the wings when I didn’t ask for it. They also charged for celery and carrots on the $.85 wing day when we didn’t ask for them and they didn’t even give us the celery and carrots. The waitress said oh they automatic charge for the celery and the carrots. With the two extra dressings and the charge for celery and carrots we didn’t receive. The trip was sort of a bad experience.
order Philly chilly steak. Thematic was not steak.
