It’s been a while since we’ve been there but The size of the strong island ice tea is much smaller than before It’s not that we we’re disappointed overall injustice don’t think I’d recommend ecw because theee are so many places that are better.
My husband‘s burger was dry. Way too much sauce on my chicken wings. Hot chips were cooked, almost to the point of being burnt.

Regrettably I ordered and paid for 15 but was only given 10 boneless wings

We ordered Extra crispy wings and when they arrived, the skin was not cooked crispy. The meat was not hot. The waitress said the kitchen was very busy. This was not true. The wings came out in 1/2 the time as usual. We were so disappointed.
To make things right, the cost of the meal should be refunded with a $25 gift card.

Food was very good, fresh, portions were great... service was lacking.. We had a party of 7 and were charged with a mandatory 18% gratuity.. My concern was it seemed because of that known charge our server was not very attentive.. She wasn't rude per say just not very present.. I do my my best to tip above the level of service I receive.. but it's frustrating when a server is complacent due to the guaranteed tip.. the whole atmosphere of the restaurant was just poor... honestly if it was for taste of the food this review would be a 1..

The grilled chicken is to die for. Also we like the buffalo chicken wrap. Also, no one has fries like East coast wings. Servers are so friendly and helpful. A great place to eat. Doris
Service is a huge issue at the King store. Employee training would go along way.
Great place for you to get a variety of tasty food. We used takeout and everything was prepared and packaged to the same standard as dining in.
