Bring back the carnival fries. Also need more space to park your car. More lighting at night. Too many people are hanging around the area and it makes it uncomfortable for guests to safely get the car.

I called in a to go order. Not only was my order correct (I did have some specific requests) but it was ready when I was told it would be. The staff is always very pleasant and accommodating. Love East Coast!

App had new menu items but I wasn't able to place the order for 10 + 10 desk. I ended up calling it in. Not sure if this was because it was a new item. The system would never completely check all the options so I could add it to my order.

It's always great to go somewhere where you're remembered. I frequent my local East Coast establishment a out once every two weeks. Each time I'm greeted with a smile and someone who knows who I am, and typically how I like my wings.
Have order takers not be in a rush.
Subject: Huge disappointment with our recent order (100 wings)
To the Management at East Coast Wings in Burlington,
I’m reaching out because we had a really frustrating experience with our order yesterday. We placed an order for 100 wings—split into two 50-packs, with five different flavors for each pack. I was surprised to see a 99-cent charge for every flavor after the first two, which added about $6 just in sauce upcharges. I don't remember being charged for that the last time we ordered.
Also, even though we ordered directly through you, the delivery was sent out through DoorDash. We paid about $30 total in delivery fees and a tip, but it still took a full hour to get to us here in Graham after it supposedly left the restaurant. Because of the wait, the wings arrived completely cold, and we actually had to heat them up ourselves.
The biggest issue, though, was the food itself. We spent $160 on the food alone, and out of 10 different flavors, they all tasted almost exactly the same. Honestly, they tasted like they had been sitting around for a long time. There was also absolutely no heat to any of them. They weren't even medium; they were all basically mild.
My girlfriend is from Buffalo, so she knows good wings. The last time we ordered from you guys, the food was amazing, and we were both really excited because we thought we had finally found a decent place around here to order wings from. That just makes getting wings this bad extra disappointing.
Spending almost $200 total on cold, flavorless wings is just ridiculous. Did someone switch our wings with someone else's by mistake? Do you have a new cook? I don't know what you would like to do to make this right, but I'd like to see if you would be willing to compensate us for this order, as it was a huge letdown.
