I like your wings. They are so good and flavorful. They have a lot of flavor options. The staff is very nice. I have aphasia, so I am appreciated for not rushing me.

When we walked in they said they were seating people because the kitchen was backed up. There were only 3 tables occupied. We waited for a seat and then waited over an hour for our food. They continued to tell people they weren't seating. We watched a lot of people just turn around and leave. The manager said they were short handed so we tried to be patient but definitely won't be going back. Seemed more like we were a bother to the waitress than anything.

Honestly, fixing this would require a major turnaround in management. We used to love coming here, but recent experiences have been continuously disappointing, and it's clear from the empty dining room that others feel the same way. Unless these core problems are actually resolved please don't bother offering a complimentary meal, because as things stand, we have no desire to return.

I waited 30 minutes at the restaurant for my pick up order that the app said was ready. Once they finally brought my food, it was not what I ordered.

We have been frequent customers for several years but in the last couple months we have noticed that our bone in wing orders are not consistently cooked. We usually order buffalo style hot but what we have been given are wings on a tray with sauce on bottom with very little flavor with too much margarine. We have told the staff but it really hasn't made much difference. The King location has a few that want to help but it feels like something has changed with how you make your wings.

We've been loyal customers for almost a decade. Your restaurant was always a go-to in the past, but I understand menus need to change over the years, and you need to add and remove items. However, simply removing your best-sellers and our favorites has been disappointing lately when we visited. It's without air conditioning during July and August. It’s hard to enjoy yourself when it’s stifling outside, and it feels like you’re just sitting in warm bathwater inside.

Always the wings because you can get any flavor at any spice level.

We love our usual server Tabitha! She is ALWAYS spot on and makes sides everything is perfect!

I ordered a mix of Regular wings and boneless. The regular wings were hot (temp) but the boneless were barely warm and this was my first visit to this restaurant. Although I did mention this to my server after the fact, they didn't even offer any small compensation especially since this was my first time trying this place.
