Good and great customer service
The service is always amazing, the manager/owner always visits our table to check on us, the food is always delicious, though the best part of it all is feeling like a valued customer. Everyone that we have had the privilege to interact with has always been very friendly, welcoming, and smiling. We love how close this is to our house!
My takeout order was perfect. When I opened the bag I could tell it was prepared with love by someone who cared. I have already told several people about the great food.

Double check orders you receive online and make sure you put everything in them before you send them out please. I ordered food yesterday online, including mozzarella sticks with marinera sauce and they didn't include my marinera sauce. Idk if its because the mozzarella sticks were a reward and were free or what, but still. The sauce was specifically stated on my order and receipt. 😏🫣

Customer service
We always enjoy eating there. There isn't consistency in the sauces. Sometimes the medium heat tastes like mild and then the next day the same medium sauce is like an inferno. As well as Sometimes they are filled all the way and sometimes it's halfway. Since I pay extra for a separate sauce I would like it filled all the way.
The chicken is flavorful and crispy.

I did online pickup. The food was awesome, but I was missing my ranch. Not a huge deal, but, still bummed me out. Every time I’ve eaten at the location the service and food have both been incredible. Love the Northlake location!

When I asked for extra condiments, it wasn’t until I asked the third staff member coming to the table that I actually got what I needed. A little annoyance, but important when dining out.
