Food came fast and was delicious!!
My order was ready when I arrived. The wings were very meaty and flavorful. The oniong rings were good size and crispy.
Great customer service. Walked in and placed a to go order- the young lady upfront was very helpful, made sure I was ok while I waited, and my food was received in a timely manner.

Outstanding experience from start to finish! The food was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The wings were cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside—and the sauce selection is hard to beat. Everything we ordered came out quickly and tasted fantastic.
What really made the visit stand out was the service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. It’s clear they take pride in making sure customers have a great experience.
If you’re looking for great wings, delicious food, and excellent customer service, this East Coast Wings location is definitely worth a visit. We’ll absolutely be back!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I received my order much faster than expected and the food was delicious as usual!
Food was great and the service was wonderful
Unfortunately the food was so salty. It was salty the time before that but this time was even more salty. I love salty foods but they have been over doing it. I never had an xtra salty chicken cheese steak before. My husband has also complained about the extra salt.
The food was delicious. I took take-out, so I cannot comment on service this trip.

Add a few more items to the lunch specials that are gluten free. The lettuce wraps would be perfect for lunch. Right now, the only gluten free option that seems to be on the lunch menu is the salad. I get tired of the same thing every time, but i want the included tea.
Also no one there can tell me if any of your sauces are gluten free. I can never order a sauce on anything, although I figure some of them are safe. This needs to be included on a list and the servers need to be knowledgeable about gluten.
Also restaurants have a vibe of happy or unhappy servers and hosts. Your restaurant has a definite vibe of unhappy employees. I've never met a manager here, so I can't say why that is, but it is something that probably should be looked at. The servers aren't unfriendly and do a good job, but the atmosphere is heavy from hosts on down. Overall you get the feeling that no one feels good about working there.
The waiter and Management Staff were nice and Friendly and were very knowledgeable about their menu items . I will definitely tell others about your restaurant and the nice experience that I had dining with ya’ll ! Sincerely , First name removed and Pam

There was a roach crawling across the floor. This is my favorite wing place. I've moved away & the one near me is "temporarily closed". So I was excited to get food while I was home. The roach really changed my mind.

The over all experience as usuall.. We’re now regular customers there and go once a month when I have an appointment down that way . The wait staff is always prompt and eager to please never rude or fake. Really genuine good people. Haven’t yet had any bad service to complain about. Completely pleased with this particular establishment in SalisburyNC!!! Keep up the good work! Whatever it is that you’re doing from the food to the people to the prices works for us ande will continue to come back and spend money and keep your wait staff employed by leaving twenty five percent tip’s for those that do extraordinary jog’s like we left last evening we were there on Tuesday! We usually eat wings and nachos and a round of your dollar chips! Great deal!!! And a couple other things sometimes! We love it! We’ll keep coming back if you keep up the great work that you’re doing?!

I placed a to go order one, it was ready when I arrived. I ordered the Korean. boned in wings and they were so good!! Definitely will order again! I had a side salad which was so well prepared and delicious!!
The lady was super friendly over the phone and in person.
A little less salt on the Philly and burger
As always food 10/10. Service is always good but our server was easily 15/10 this time. She was so sweet and took EXCELLENT care of us! (I dont remember her name but she made our experience a step above the normal postive experience.)
