First, the customer service was great, waitress was great, plus the food was delicious
Long wait times to be served. Restaurant was mostly empty. I usually have decent service here. Walked to the bar to get a drink after I had ordered at the table.
Probably 15 minutes. I'll tip 30 or 40% when folks care. The food was good
First time customer and we loved the food, but since you asked…I ordered my food online at 4:45 and specified that I would pick up at 5:15. When I got there at 5:10, I was told that they just received my order. Is nobody monitoring the online orders? Please review your online order process to see how this can be improved. I was not in a hurry so didn’t mind waiting but I shouldn’t have had to wait so long. Again, loved the food and we will order again.

Our waiter, jason was exceptional. The food was out quick and was very good. Restaurant was very clean. Hostess very friendly. Jason really did an excellent job making sure we had everything we needed. Very nice young man.

The order was missing two items (sides for two meals!) again. This happens about every other time we order from this location. There is a lack of diligence in checking orders.

The food is always great, as is the service. Our very first visit was on May 6, 2025 (my husbands birthday) and it was a horrible experience (newly opened). Eventually had a conversation with Lisa and was encouraged to give it another try. It is now our favorite place and we visit for dine in/take out at least once a week. Yesterday’s visit was awesome as always. Fast and friendly service and the food is always cooked perfectly and full of flavor.
Options and food. Salads, wrap, and tots were good. Fast pickup service.
Customer service was excellent and food was ready at time promised
I’ve had many wings from here , some good , some not so good, but .., the last couple of times I’ve gotten bone in wings from here they are perfect! The cook makes all the difference, I pay attn to who is in the kitchen and maybe that’s not good, but I know what I l know!
The customer service know me so well , as soon as I walk on the door they are already ringing my order up!
