I have now recently eaten at the Burlington location several times. Mason, the bartender is great! He remembers me from my visits and is very nice. The lemon peppered wings are my favorite. But you guys need to add cheesecake to the menu.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The wings were notably tough and lacked any discernible seasoning beyond the initial application. If I were ever to return, I would eat there to see if there were a difference.

I live in Winston Salem and I frequent the East Coast on Peters Creek Parkway. The quality of food in Kernersville is great compared to PeterCreek Parkway. I work in Kernersville and I think moving forward I will definitely go to Kernersville instead of Winston Salem.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The fact that I be called every Friday for 3 weeks and no one answered the phone is outrageous. I ended up calling a different location and asking if the Steele Creek location was open or closed permanently.
