The food and service is excellent but the manager, DeLynn, is the best asset East Coast Wings on North Main has!
Wings are really good quality. The only issue I have is the dry rub seasoning doesn't stick to the wing very well, so the wings don't have enough of the seasoning flavor.
Always great food and wait staff.

This location has improved in service and food quality. They still need more wait staff though.
I started going there around 6 months ago for takeout - the prices, service, quality, and speed are best in class. the Clemmons location is excellent.

Meleah (I may have spelled her name wrong...sorry) and Lisa are amazing! this is my 2nd time going and they're truly great. Love their personalities and service. The food is always top notch and the atmosphere is very chill.
I have been to several bar/dining places in and around High Point . East Coast Wings is the friendliest and most consistent of them all . But you will never know until you try .

When we walked in we saw there was an extra large table so we knew it was going to take a little longer than normal & it was also peak time on Saturday night. We were in no rush so we ordered a beer and it was taking a little while & the waitress was very apologetic & told us that the bar had several drink orders (which we appreciated her checking in to let us know). We ordered our food - again took a little while but we could clearly see everything going on at the “big table” so again we were expecting a little bit of a wait. However at the end, the waitress came out & told us our order had been taken care of & also gave us 2 free entree cards which we were totally not expecting but it was very much appreciated. I just want to say thank you to the Kernersville East Coast Wings team. Y’all are always great but this really caught us off guard. It truly shows that you appreciate your customers & we will definitely be back!

Our waitress wasn't exactly friendly... lackluster, at best. Food was good, this is the only reason we continue to come occasionally.

The person at the front did not give me all of my order, glad I checked it before I left. A they were not very knowledgeable or just didn’t care about there job, I think the latter. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them and not friendly at all.
