Friendly wait staff. Good food
The wings are always good at East Coast! We get them for that night and make sure we have enough for lunch the next day
Quality food, fries were fresh and service was excellent.
The waitress took our drink and food order and said she’d be back with our drinks. She never came back with our drinks. When another waitress brought our food out I asked if we could get our drinks. Finally we got our drinks. Our original waitress seemed to spend more time beat the counter looking around instead of taking care of her tables. Also, I ordered the 3 finger (tender) platter and asked for chili chili bang bang sauce on them. She informed me it would be a $1.00 more. Our family has ate at this location numerous times in the past and never was told that there was another charge for the flavor sauce.
Our server was so good! She was attentive for a larger party and food was delicious!

I can’t get my online orders to work. I have submitted my emsil to update my password and I never received an email back to update the password. I tried 3 times. I think it’s ironic that you sent a survey to this same email yet you can’t respond to a request to reset my password. I’m disappointed with your online ordering capabilities

Hello, I really love the service. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. The food is always fresh and hot. My order is always correct. Nothing is left out UNLIKE restaurants with the initials W.S./C/B.W.W. but i digress.
I've been coming here awhile now and I'm definitely hooked. Buy ii do have one special request, if you all could keep the (Southwestern Egg Rolls) as a permanent menu item here at the Lynchburg location. . They are really delicious and are the best served in this Lynchburg Virginia area. Well bye for now, and I thank you for bringing delicious, hot, and flavorful food to this area. God knows it needed it.
