Our wings were not up to par not flavorful at all & the pretzel bites were terrible totally microwaved frozen pretzels
My chips were not cooked all the way (a take out order) and when I called and complained about it instead of just blasting y’all on social media, I was basically told oh well.

Every time I come in and establishment it’s saying lie to me the graders take their time to come and take your order and the last time I had ordered the little tacos platter thing it was three, but y’all didn’t change it now to only two and I just don’t feel like the price point matches the value of your food so I don’t go there anymore. I go somewhere else or everything going up. You’re changing your menu and not letting people know and it’s still the same price point. I don’t never see no type of specials. I have going on like most of the businesses and I don’t see anything that you do for the community.
The service, the food, the adult beverages, the atmosphere and the sports on the tv. Everything was top notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the whole experience.
Some of the daily and weekly specials are not much of a better deal than normal menu prices. That and earning points seems to take a while to get something significant.
The food is great! Always consistent!
The people don’t care, which leads to bad food, bad service and our family going to somewhere else. And for the price for that it’s a terrible time and a terrible deal. There are other options close by that car like they appreciate your business and do a better job at the food.

make sure the order in correct. Have had trouble with take out orders missing things. Also, the online ordering app needs improvement to make special requests on food items.

Servers were very rude as heck, waiting about 40 mins to even get my order and it wasn’t even a busy day, beer me and wife ordered was flat no fizz and wings were nasty and cold, very disappointed, this was my favorite place to eat on Thursdays

Last two times I was there, nit only was the food sub-par, the food did nit match the menu! I asked about something that was listed to have came on my dinner and was told they no longer included that. When I asked to have it included, as it was on the menu, I was told the menu just hadn't been updated, and "no". I had been a semi-regular customer until then. Iwas witha group who wantedto go there about 6 months later. There was indeed a new menu, still same items listed. However, I ordered something else. Some of the menu listed items left off again, when questioned, I was once again told those items were no longer offered and new menus were being printed! I "USED" to love going and since I live about 25 miles away, made an effort to go, and considered it a treat!

Get staff that doesn't play on phones or watch TV or play in the back instead of taking care of customers
The two people at the front that were seating people were not helpful and not very friendly. However our waitress made up for that thank goodness. She is the only reason you guys didn’t get a 0. They acted like they couldn’t be bothered to seat us.
