Cost is too high. Chips are either overcooked or undercooked.
Great Food! They change their menu often with excellent choices! Their wings are delicious with so many flavors to choose from. Best burgers in town! The service is amazing with Grace taking care of you!
My Philly had no peppers or onions
Great waitress. No wait. We have a much closer wing place to our neighborhood, but we love ECW.
The delay to take the order, the errors in the order, the fact that the wait staff brought the entire meal including the salad 32 minutes after ordering. No water refills, no checking the table and a disappointing visit. The restaurant was not a quarter filled. We will not return to this location.

We enjoyed the variety of flavors for the chicken wings. We are originally from Buffalo NY and these wings with blue cheese were quite good. Our waitress was also outstanding. Nice family spot we noticed. My husband and I will definitely be back.
When using online ordering system puts random number vs what's on your account. Guess website was having issues on 4.24.26
Seated promptly. Our server; Payton did an excellent job taking care of us. Kept our drinks full and even offered us drinks to go without us asking. Wings and chips were excellent. She was very impressive- keep her!!! We will visit again.

Lady who answered the phone when I was ordering was very polite and professional. The food was ready when I arrived. The upgrade was a nice surprise.
The food was amazing and so was our server, Darius! We tried out the Kernersville location after a horrific experience in High Point. Needless to say, we will only be coming to the Kernersville location from here on out!

Food was great as always and our server, Takara was very accommodating and friendly as always. We’ve had her as our server for at least three times now, and every single time she would take good care of us with a smile on her face. She is surely one of your best employees and employees like her are one of the reasons why we keep coming back to eat at this particular branch.

As expected
The manager Jeff was a big help with me never actually receiving my food. The overall experience was terrible. He made sure I received my refund after the situation. Was never able to track my order, no information was given on why order was not received. Used to eat here regularly but the online ordering experience has definitely changed my mind about ordering here in the future unless I decide to dine in. Which is no longer a convenient option. The driver that was assigned order marked as delivered and I checked entire complex and no order was available after 2 hours of waiting. Need to change delivery service if possible.
