Well seasoned and juicy burger, large quantity of perfectly seasoned fries.
Bring back some good old-fashioned nachos with real chili and all the other goodies.
I loved your chicken soup great for winter. I don’t know if anybody else did you took it off the menu for a reason I’m sure that maybe just a single quarter pound burger cooked two order. Can’t do anything to improve your chicken wings. They’re great.

Almost everytime i order a pick up to go, when I get home the there is something wrong with the order. Very disappointing.
Even though I don’t think a patron should pay for
Ranch dressing, whether they’re $.85 or not.But if I order wings Tuesday thru Sunday I don’t. I ordered wings anyway and paid for ranch. But when I got home there was one extra ranch.
Food was great!
I spent over thirty minutes trying to order via the app like I normally do and it never worked. When I went into the restaurant they apologized for the inconvenience and took very good care of me. I was able to use my $5 reward (which is why I tried so many times to order from app).

complicated menu still, gosh, couldnt find the wings i wanted. settle for the cajun, this time, they barely had the dry spice on it. last time i ordered sante fe cajun, you gave me buffalo. once i got santa fe, seems you dumped the whole can of spices on it. gosh. wish you could be consistent. and what does all the index 1 index 2 mean? gosh

I really like buffalo chicken , wait staff is nice and pleasant. The chicken is so good, and I like the medium heat sauce. I like having the choice of tater tots.

Service in Albemarle, NC is always friendly and great! Food is always tasty, great atmosphere, music and price!
Simply the online ordering. When you make selections of options and sides it could be a little clearer how to make the changes take and move to next choice.

Fast, friendly and easy.
Angela was such a great server. She was so sweet to my mom and her taking a while to make up her mind on what to order. She helped by answering questions. Will be requesting her the next time we come to East Coast Salisbury, NC
Wing heat level was not what we ordered. They were mild to low medium and we ordered both flavors to be Hot. Some of my Chips were cold and not cooked at all. The service was very slow and more staff was needed.
Everything was delicious
Tabitha was our waitress she was very tentative and quick with our drinks and order.
All ways friendly service and great food at this location it’s absolutely, the flagship of the brand.

KONIGAN HELPED WITH MY CARRYOUT ORDER. SHE WAS PROACTIVE IN LOCATING A MANAGER TO HELP WITH THE ORDER - THERE WAS SOME ORIGINAL CONFUSION ON THE MIX 25 WINGS ORDER, BUT SHE GOT IT SORTED OUT BEFORE I GOT THERE.
