How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My wife and I have ate here pretty consistently for the last few years and it has always been top notch. It seems like the last 2 time we have been there the service and the food wasn't as good as it has been. Host was very slow to seat us, and the wings were really dry. We will defiantly try it again, hopefully things will get better.

What could we do to improve?

I’ve eaten there several times and have enjoyed the food, but we took out wings once and they got a little slimy so I would recommend people eat there if they want the best food experience

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The nenu is a little boring. There is not much to choose from, nothing exciting. I have tried the wings, chicken tenders, and a few of the appetizers. Nothing really sticks out. And the few drinks I had were ok, a little to much sugar.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I ordered 10 wings and a few were very fatty, others the meat was dry (overcooked). I had about 5 wings that were cooked well. They were saucy but the cook of the chicken was not consistent.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Honestly, your food is good, but I have many other places in Florence just as good, but alot less expensive. Unfortunatly, $$ matter right now. We do come once in a while on a Monday or Thursday for the wing special
