Waiter only came to the table 2 times the whole night (including our drink order). I had to get my own food tray to leave. Waiter forgot my drink. Messed up the check as well.

The food, obviously! Best wings, great sandwiches. Take out service was top notch. Girls very friendly, courteous and very efficient. The checked my orders before I left and they even asked if I had a rewards card (had a five dollar birthday credit). We always enjoy a trip to ECW.

Thank you for hosting my company Christmas party for the second year. Food was great, beverages were amazing, and most of all the staff and service was top notch. I will be recommending East Coast Wings to everyone. The only complaint I have is the plastic barrier on the patio is in desperate need of replacement. It was difficult to keep warm and a couple of my employees had to wrap up in blankets. Thanks again for an amazing experience.

I keep finding out after leaving the store with to go order that no utensils are in the bag.
Cost of meals is more than I can afford.
Wing sauce not on all sides of product, should be dripping without haven to pay for extra.
First time he went there a month ago the chicken tenders for wonderful they were large and nice and moist. The last two times we’ve gone there. They’ve been very small like a little nuggets, overcooked and dry. We were just there yesterday and the chicken tenders were not great. The service was wonderful the woman that was there all by herself was excellent. The chips are good. The fries are good, but the chicken tenders leave a lot to be desired.

Really great customer service here, you can’t order sweet bbq wings on the app so they are very kind when taking orders over the phone and the orders are ready really quick.

ECW is our go-to when we want a variety of items. Prices are reasonable, food is consistently good, personnel are all very nice and efficient. The restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere is pleasant. A great family restaurant and conveniently located.

Customers inside the restaurant get a receipt when they pay. Why is it that you don't give a receipt on take out orders.
