Everything was on time and ready when we arrived. The online menu is harder than it should be, but overall great experience.

Absolutely love ECW but this time their chicken tenders/strips were not breaded they were supposed to be breaded and she said they were, but there was no breading on them. It was just deep fried chicken with sauce on it, but we will be back because one mistake doesn’t break them.
Don't over cook chicken. When it's done it's done.
East coast has become one of my favorite places to get wings and appetizers. My favorite appetizer that convinces me to drive 45 minutes are the corn ribs. They are one of my favorite things ever!!!

The southwest wrap was nothing like mentioned in the menu. No lava ranch sauce, but rather a teriyaki. The wings came out bone in instead of boneless so I didn’t want to send a 2nd thing back.

Love your wings but this is the 3rd time I asked for extra sauce wings with an extra container of wings sauce on the side and what I have received each time is dry wings with no or hardly any wing sauce.
We love Jazzy, the Friday evening bartender at the Hickory, NC location! She is attentive, fast, and a really hard worker! She never stops moving! If she isn't waiting on a customer, she is always either stocking or cleaning!
I got the chicken mac and cheese; it was my first time trying it, and thought, hey looks good, why not. Chicken was good, the noodles weren’t quite done and the cheese for the mac and cheese was far from beyond cheesy. It was dry, like you needed to added 1/2 cup liquid to make it remotely close to cheesy. But that was my only complaint, the wings are always good and burgers are decent. I would just not order the mac and cheese unless you want to use it for wall plaster.
Add more food selections to the menu ,add fried mushrooms as a appetizer
Please work on your website. The more recent changes are better in some ways with the many options you offer on the the food and not in others when trying to navigate the website and remembering Previous Orders or Easy Reordering.
1. When I order, I log into the eastcoastwings.com website. In the top right corner is a tab to log in for rewards. I log in. It now takes me to another page where I get to select the location to start an order. If I go to the Account tab in the top right corner on this page and click on Account Info, it opens another page, asking me to log in again with Paytronix. I log in and it shows me Account Balance, Transaction History, etc. but if I want to order, I have to hit the East Coast Wings and Grill tab at the top left to get back to ordering. It goes to the main East Coast webpage and have to click Order Now to start an order.
2. After clicking Order Now, I am back to where I was in step 1 above, after I logged into my Account. I would think that I could go into Account Info in the top right corner and I should be able to see Recent Orders or something like that where it would have the most recent orders with Location ordered from, what was ordered and preferences within those item on that order, etc.? When I do click on Account Info, it goes to my Account Balance, but you cannot click on anything to make an Order from a previous Transaction, you have to start every order new.
3. So starting a new order, first selection is location. I type in my zip code of 27106 and sometimes Country Club comes up first, sometimes Peters Creek comes up first, sometimes Clemmons. So the natural move is to go to the page scroll on the far right of the page to move down the addresses. Well, this moves the whole page and in short order, the bottom banner blocks 3/4 of the web page. I have to put the page scroll back to the top and go into the middle of the page to scroll addresses. I click on Country Club, Order From Here, Pickup, then ASAP, then Start Order. Now, if I forgot to Log In and I go to Log In now, it kicks me out of this page into the Log In page, I log in and then have to navigate back to the Order Now page, select Location, etc., the whole process again.
4. The reason my last order (April 11) was placed in Clemmons and not Country Club is when I logged in out of sequence and the Order Now page defaulted to Clemmons, not Country Club. I did not notice until I received confirmation of the order and it showed Clemmons. I called and tried to cancel the order but was told it would be a little complicated so i just went ahead and picked up my order in Clemmons.
5. The Clemmons crew was awesome, my order was ready when I got there (18 minutes to Clemmons versus 7 minutes to Country Club). The food was correct and still warmish when I got home, a little time in the micro got them warmed up nicely.
6. The order I placed on March 15 at Country Club was out of character for them. I placed an order at 5:45 for pickup, website said 15 minutes for the order to be ready so I headed out. I arrived at 5:54 and gave them my name and they said it wasn't quite ready and I said OK, knowing I was early. But I did notice there were 7 people waiting for their orders when I got there and the food came out real slow that night. It was 6:30ish or so before my order was brought out. No one told any of the DoorDash and others picking up orders that there was a delay, no one letting people that came in behind me that there was a delay, no communication, no nothing. I also did not get a feedback Request from this visit which was odd.
7. The order I placed on March 28 from Country Club went as usual, ready when I got there, order was correct, food was warm when I got home.
8. In all of these instances, the food was always correct, I have not had an issue with that on any pickup order.
