What could we do to improve?

More hotter options of flavor. Wings go from no heat to lots of heat. No real in-between

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We have gone to this location multiple times and each of the last two times we have walked in, made eye contact with an associate and they just walk away. We have stood around waiting for someone to come back and seat us for 10-15 minutes but once again no acknowledgement of us being there.

My wife and I have accepted that it’s not worth our time or money to visit any East Coast location in the future.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The order was wrong. And no matter how or what I tried or said theh did not want to work with me to resolve the issue. They were complacent and dismissive.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It’s honestly hard to tell which is worse, the food or the service. It would be so nice to have a place like this in Waxhaw, but I refuse to go back there.
