Everything was great, as always!
When visiting I had recently got into a major car accident the month prior. This was my first time being able to leave the house and go to dinner (still using crutches for broken knee and a full back brace.) Our server was HORRIBLE! We had a large party beside of us and we watched her visit this table atleast 3 times before even serving our drinks. She did not bring out our appetizer, refill drinks, nothing! We asked to speak to a manager at which a blonde lady came to our table and did absolutely nothing except for make the situation worse. By the end of the night we were still unsatisfied at the service so asked to speak to a manager again. Terrell came to our table and took care of business! While I would have appreciated more done for the bill since we waited for over an hour for two orders of wings. We always choose ECW but this visit seriously made us almost drive the extra 20 minutes for BWW. Sad to see the establishment not putting more effort and training in with their servers and team.

We usually enjoy eating at East Coast Wings, but unfortunately, our last experience was not as good as usual. The fries were extremely salty, and both of us experienced stomach discomfort the following day.

The prices are higher than most wing restaurants. You could also umprove the rewards program to make it easier to earn rewards diafounts to compensate.
