Consistency our food is always consistently cooked good and taste good!
There's never anyone at the front, 99% of the time they're not going to give you all of the sauces you ordered. I always get random sauces I didn't order, sweet sauce instead of ranch, or just not as much sauce as i ordered. Texas toast is really old/stale tasting 50% of the time. But wings are always great!!! So i'll keep coming back for those.

GREAT Food!
To be honest I only love their wings, but for me the wings are so good with so many options flavor and heat wise nothing else needs to be good to keep bringing me back. Wings have always been a 10/10 every time I order. Grand Cayman flavor, Volcanic heat level, extra saucy, extra crispy, all flats.

Our bar tender/wait person was great. She was very helpful & made recommendations.
This was the second order in a row where my order was wrong (sauce placed on boneless wings, despite it being requested on the side). Each time the wings are remade, but that means the rest of my food gets cold. Overall a disappointing experience twice in a row. I can't really recommend this location as they can't be trusted to make good food.
It would benefit customers being able to choose the type of sauce you want on the app. Also offering Military discounts for Military members.

Our waitress was Brittany. She was the absolute sweet, most efficient server we’ve had in a long time anywhere! Sweetest personality and very attentive. The wings were awesome but we’d come back just to see Brittany again!
The food and service are always good. We come about once a month and have yet to have a bad experience
The servise
We enjoy the food and drinks at ECW. What I would suggest to improve is the exhaust system in the kitchen. The last few times we have been there the dining area was smoky from fryer grease. Was almost too much to consider eating inside.
