How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The last 2 meals I had there were so disappointing. I had a burger in a takeout order and it was drowned with salt and pepper so that I could barely get it down. I dined in last week and got a Caesar salad with chicken. The chicken was overcooked and dry, even with salad dressing, the entire salad was just bland and dry. For as much as I paid for the meal especially, not sure I will come back. So few good restaurants in Mocksville.

What could we do to improve?

Wings are small compared to other places and sometimes not fresh and are dry.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Poor attitude from the owner

I was a regular customer for years. Spending 350-400 per month.

I complained on a survey. I guess the owner didn’t like what I said. This is the first contact I’ve had in over a year
