The food was good and service also. We enjoy the atmosphere, and the music too.

Have the food ready when the customer places an online order. I placed an order for 8:45 pm pick up. The order wasn’t ready before 9:15 pm.
I picked up an order at this store last night (05/30/2026, Order#:Phone number removedPhone number removed) and our wings were overly crispy, with many hard pieces of breading that were totally inedible. The celery was terrible and to make matters even worse, my wife spent the night throwing up and burping up chicken. We also barely had any sweet potato fries.
We don't want anymore meals from you all or any gift cards for future meals. We just want our money back, which was $18.14. This was overall, the worst experience we've ever had with this restaurant and quite honestly, the food hasn't been that great either.
Forgot to give all the celery in the order. Had gotten everything by last few times I checked so felt like I could trust. But now need to check again

Great food and Kayla in bar area is AWESOME! I'm part of rewards program and had a reward available so that's always appreciated.
Waitress was very very efficient and pleasant!!
Had a situation where the door dasher stole our food and never delivered. Made a call to the shop and the manager remade our food and gave us a refund! It was really nice of them to still come through for us RIGHT before closing!! I really appreciated them being so honest and helpful with us despite the weird behavior from the door dasher, thank you guys so much!!

I placed an order a few minutes before close and whoever answered was very rude. She stated they closed in 5 minutes and I needed to be there before then. No problem. I give my order which had a few changes to how its normally prepared but I am a frequent customer, and I order the same thing.All the time and it's never a problem. She sounded tired and frustrated and like she took her tiredness out on me. I didn't tell her.I have ordered this before I order it every time. She sd okay, Took a breath and then hung up. I call back and asked for the manager who was polite but but the person who answered never apologized for anything, when I picked my order up.
The food is good. However the ordering and delivery experience were not. First of all the group order was very complicated to set up and while I was trying to do it, finally I saw something flash on the screen for a second that said 30 so I played around with the settings until I found it meant 30 minutes. That message did not show up but one time and only for a second. That was incredibly frustrating. Secondly we tried to put in the group order and it never let me actually order it. I even went through the email and it didn't work. What's the point? Finally, up until this point every time we've ordered we've got notifications throughout. I was not able to track the order through the email because the link did not work. I even tried different browsers. Secondly we always order and give the driver a cash tip. Because we were not able to keep up with the order we miss the delivery and stiff the driver. That made us feel terrible. So although the food was good, the ordering and tracking were terrible. We will definitely think twice before ordering again.

My Husband and i came to celebrate our birthdays. Hi sis May 25 and mine is May 28th.
I got wings and asked for extra crispy , when i got the they were good and seemed to taste like they were from the night before. We were at the restaurant at 11:20am. We ordered two large sides to split and the fries were ok, the sweet potato fries were not.
We recieved our drinks as well and we both got a diet soda and had the waitress replace mine , my husband just drank his water but he was stilll charged for the soda. there was no fizz , it was flat and sugary. We never come this early to East Coast but it was the best time on this day for us to come alone , but it was a very poor experience and we won’t come to the early shift for sure. Things seemed out of place and unorganized and staff socializing.
Server was polite, professional and excellent overall. Food was as-ordered, and very tasty. Atmosphere was good too!
