My online to go order was 40.00. I ordered for myself, my son and daughter. The food was awful, we couldn’t even eat it other than my sons boneless wings, celery, carrots and the ranch. We ordered a chicken sandwich with crispy chips, buffalo chicken wrap with crispy chips and wings and crispy chips. All the chips were limp and full of oil, like lifted the paper and was full of oil to the degree of pouring it out. The buffalo wrap tasted awful. I’m not sure from the grill or grease. The chicken on the chicken sandwich tasted fried in oil that hasn’t been changed for a long time. I was very disappointed and will not be back to this location for a good while nor recommend it. I’m a single mother and getting food is from a restaurant is supposed to be special and make us happy, instead we were left hungry and out of our hard earned $40.00. Thanks for listening and please make that location aware and has to do better. Gas is too expensive to take back to restaurant and then they may not even try to make things right.

I order online probably once a week. This is the first time I was disappointed in my order. I ordered 10 buffalo hot wings with celery and ranch. When I got home, written on the containter was mild/carrots. So I got the wrong order. Plus there was no carrot or celery included. We we shorted ranch also. We orderd 2 salads wiith ranch and the ranch ordered with the wings and we received 2 small containers of ranch for the total order
Asiago Serrano pepper wings were my favorite for wings but that flavor was discontinued. Mango habanero is good, but not the same.

We ordered the new 5 tenders and 10 wings meal deal and the 5 tenders were forgotten. I called and had to affirm yes I wanted them, and they weren't just missed from my bag but not made at all. I went back to pick them up, which was fine and no issues there. But two were basically just one large tender cut in half and they were all very hard like they actually weren't fresh. All the boneless wings were pretty small.
Found a hair in our chips. Asked for a manger. None came just brought us new chips. Food then came out and found another hair in our sandwich. Asked for a manager who did comp our meal but wouldn’t go back.
