Always get the wings flats only.. so good and their Ranch dressing is just amazing. Love their Buffalo Chicken Dip!!!

Best food! Best servers! love it so much, it would be a 10 but metal chairs are extremely uncomfortable. It a gamble if you get a booth or a table, as long as you get a booth its a fantastic dining experience. If you get a table you will lose blood flow to your legs. we love you!! PLEASE get new (not metal) chairs
Always enjoy ECWs! I love the fries and staff is always great.
I dont eat wings, so I end up with a salad that is rubbery or a sandwich that isn't fresh.

Literally never get my order correct any time I order takeout. I’m not exaggerating when I say literally every single time
The food is always good. Really fresh salad, crispy chips and delicious, hot sandwiches and wings! Service is kind of hit or miss. Servers aren’t always the friendliest, but usually efficient, so that’s important.
You keep it too cold in the dinning area. Every time I’ve been there it’s been so cold that the food gets cold before I can eat half of it. I’m not going to pay to feel like I’m freezing while I eat
I haven't been back to this location in 2 months because the food was very underwhelming. I ordered the buffalo mac and cheese and got it 30 minutes later and when I got the order it was very dry and no one seemed to care about the quality of it. I did not mention it to the staff at the time, ate a very small amount of it and took it home an threw it away. I had ordered the same dish at the Kannapolis location about a month prior to this visit and it was great and was served quickly. I'm not sure what would make it right at this point except maybe a refund for the dish.
Food is good. Service is usually slow due to lack of employees. Beer is warm and tastes like the lines aren't cleaned. Beer at the only local sports bar should be ice cold. I don't go here anymore because of this and I previously went multiple times per week. Big miss.
I love all the choice in flavor. The wings are always how I like to eat them.
The chicken wings and the Voodoo fries were AWESOME!!!
Music is too loud; turn down the volume.

Servers need to come around to the table more. They seem to disappear and we don’t see them until it’s time for our check.. it’s happened a few times where I’ve had to ask another server for a drink refill because I couldn’t find my waitress

Its just all around good. From the wait staff to the food.
It feels like this store is not doing well. Tables were sticky and the overall appearance of the store was lacking. One of our favorite items, the homemade chips, was not available due to stocking issue? This store was our favorite for years over all of the wing places locally, however, it does not appear they want to continue in business, which is disappointing because we have always enjoyed it.
