We ordered take out for the first time because we are tired of Buffalo Wild Wings, not great food and bad mobile app experience. Your wings are fantastic, your mobile app is very easy to use and allows customization like extra crispy (cant do on BWW). We have found our new wing joint!

Order was wrong and attributed to that is just what the app does sometimes. No offer to correct and no discount offered. This was caught prior to leaving the store when the order was opened and reviewed. Very disappointed no effort was made to make it right. Of note emailed receipt did depict what was ordered which did not match what was received.
Great wings, pub chips and love Mary our bar tender and waitress, she always does a fantastic job!!

The wings are always consistent and the service is top notch. One of my favorite restaurants in town.
More variety in item selection.
Don't place heaviest or spiciest box on top to fall or seep through bottom boxes. Kids' food almost inedible due to top spicy sauce leaking in to their boxes.
Can a comment or request box be implemented before submitting online order?
Waitress was courteous and food was delivered in a timely manner and was exactly as ordered.
Great burger and chips
ECW in Hickory has great staff and the food is really yummy. We wish we could eat there more often but are budgeting our eating out right now.

The boneless wings were hot and fresh. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and the service was kind. Order came out quickly. No complaints. This is a good location and I have had consistently good experiences.

They were out of boneless wings on a Monday night which is wing night at 6:00 pm. How does that happen? On top of that the service was as bad of service that I have ever seen.
We go to the Country Club site weekly. We enjoy the atmosphere and other customers.

The online ordering is simple and straight forward. The staff has always been friendly and the food always ready when I come to pick it up. The orders have been correct and very delicious.
