How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The wait is always horrible when the old lady hostess is working. She is so overly extra that it slows everything down.
My salad is made different every time I go, but I order it the same way every time.

I have been getting the chicken tacos for years. They have changed them up from a ginger type to a sweet and spicey. I was hesitant. But they did not disappoint!!! The food and service was great.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We had to wait about an hour for food and they were not that busy. Husband had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a refill on his drink. Girl that set us was not very friendly. She acted like it annoyed her when we ask to put two tables together because there were seven of us. Plates were piling up on the table as each one of us finished our meal. But on the bright side our food was really good. We will probably not go back to that restaurant.
