The food was very good!
Food was delicious and it was ready for pick up when if not before it said it would be.
The food and the staff very friendly
The young lady at the front was rude! I came in, there was not greeting at all, she continued scrolling/texting on her phone for at least 30 seconds before acknowledging my presence. After see me I was nice and just mentioned the order on the counter is mine to which she just grabbed it and handed it to me with out really speaking (to my knowledge).
The dipping sauces were wrong, not really a big deal, but something to note. I ask for two lava ranches with my order and it only came with one which was more "lava" than ranch for the fries - we were unable to really use it. We asked for three ranch and one blue cheese, got two of each and each for half full. This part is mainly for coaching reasons.
I came to this location because it was close to my job than my main location, I am a bit disappointed in the service.
The atmosphere the staff and friends that I have met there!!!!
Bathroom has a sewage/bad smell.

If your buying wing you get a cup and then for additional ranch I had to pay 0.80 cent for a small cup of ranch. If you go to the restaurant im sure they have a bottle of ranch for you to use. I just thought it was insane when I had a wing purchase. It wasnt like I purchased a burger and fries.
Absolutely hands down the best restaurant in Albemarle. Love the waitresses and consistency of food. Thank you for being so great!

Wings are cooked to hard. Can’t taste much sauce on the wings. Sauce is usually at the bottom of the container.

Wait staff is great, but you are understaffed. One waitress should not be working the bar and running the floor. There is only so much that one person can do. Also, it took 30 minutes to get our wings and it wasn't super busy.

We have been at this location approximately 6 timed since moving to South Carolina a year ago. Staff is always very polite, and food is always good
I really loved the wrap, it’s the first time I have had it. My daughter loves the shrimp tacos but you guys took them down from 3 to now 2. AND have put Bang Bang sauce on them which we asked to be removed and when we got them they had bang bang sauce on them. It would be nice if you went back to 3 tacos and if someone was responsible for the orders to assure the order is correct.

Hello, I have been going to East Coast wings for over 10years. I recently moved to Troutman, NC from Winston-salem, NC. I was very excited to hear that a new East Coast Wings store was had opened in Mooresville, NC just a few miles from where I live.
I have ordered from the new East Coast Wings 3X over the last few months. My first visit I ordered in and the food was good. The Lemon Pepper dry rub was overly seasoned but overall, it did not cause any reason for me not to go back.
Subsequently, I have gone back 2 more times. Both times were take out. Each time the wings were just the opposite. The dry lemon rub had very little to no seasoning, and the hot wings (buffalo style) had very little sauce.
I tried again on New Years Eve, take out again, and I specifically ordered the hot buffalo wings with extra sauce. Unfortunately, once again the lemon pepper had very little seasoning and the hot buffalo wings had very little sauce.
I hate that I have been disappointed the last 2 times. I am sorry but the Mooresville East Coast Wings has lost my business.
Service on New Years Eve was great even though they were very busy with takeout orders. Our waitress made sure we were well taken care of! We love ECW!
