Location looked like old Mexican restaurant no taps or mixed drinks ordered 20 sweet chili wings they were good but no plates napkins or wipes offered I frequent burlington location two different worlds totally disappointed
The staff was very friendly and polite. The food was amazing.
I always end up paying for extra sauce, but never get it. When called, was told I would get a refund but never got my refund for the sauce.

The tots were really good but the buffalo tenders were overcooked and dry. They were tough to eat.
I was greeted when I entered the restaurant. Also, the manager spoke to me and asked if my order was correct and if I needed anything else. It was a great 1st time experience at the East Coast Wings on New Garden Rd in Greensboro NC.
Bartending Server was very accommodating & nice.
Food was good but I didn’t get my blue cheese for my wings nor did I get my beer cheese for pretzels .
Server was great! seated quickly and as requested, server checked on us frequently.
The chicken was excellent! Just the right amount of crispness and sauce. And the beer cheese with the potato chips was delicious!

Consistency on the wings. I'm not sure if it's the time of day. I usually eat from the lunch menu and the wings are usually cooked perfectly. When I had the dinner service wings a few times they were not up to par.
What I enjoyed most about my experience at East Coast Wings & Grill was the amazing customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. On top of that, the wings were great, they were flavorful and cooked just right. Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience.
I ordered nachos last week and they were amazing. Everything was packaged separately, so nothing was soggy when I got home. The bartenders that I order from her always very nice. Never have to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for my food.
I haven’t eaten there in a long time, seemed like a constant of bad service and mediocre food. But the group of guys I was with on Fourth of July morning everywhere we want to go was not open so we ended up there. My food was very good. I was pleasantly surprised. Our server was training two other girls so she had her hands full, but they did good overall. I will definitely go back at this point.
