Food is usually good.

The service and then the food. The reason I say that is because I generally go for lunch…and while there are many places with good food…I go to ECW because of the great service!

We love the chicken Caesar salad. We were very disappointed that they skimped on the chicken by cutting them into tiny pieces. And even more disappointed they did the same thing with the pretzels. Salad was not as enjoyable as it used to be. If it doesn’t go back to the way it was we may not return
On a good note we love the chicken wings.
We have now been to the same location and had the same waitress probably a year in between visits and she was extremely slow in coming to the table and we waited about 25-30 min between getting there and having our order taken. She messed up our order the last visit and again this time. It was frustrating for all my kids and for the adults. I hate it because the food is great but the customer service was very poor.

Our waitress, Abigail Starnes was so nice, she got all our orders correct and kept our glasses full. The new summer menu chicken sandwich with pineapple was delicious. We will definitely go again and sit in Abby's section.
June 28 at 3:06. I was a first time customer. We made an online order. We ordered 10 bone in 15 boneless with 4 different flavors and heat. Fryers extra season, buffalo chicken dip. Total was right at 50. When we got home our order was not correct. Also got a bonus half eaten cheese fry’s with bacon and ranch. I took photos and Called the store spoke to Kayla. She knew whose employee food we got with our wrong order and said she would replace our order.
July 3 I called and spoke to Kayla to get our order replaced. Waited the time she told me. Also another 15 in store. She said she would make sure our order was correct. Came and greeted me. Got home. No fry’s with our orderPhone number removedPhone number removed
I didn’t get upset with having someone’s half ate food in my sealed bag. In which is real GROSS. I just wanted to have my family’s meal done correct.
I would like my correct meal. Like all of it at one time.

My rewards card had not worked for the last few visits at the East Coast location in the Arcadia HWY 150 location. The waitress told me to go online and fix it myself. I came to the Salisbury location because I was in the area. I've been to this Salisbury lication several times before and always had good food and good service. My hwy 150 location seems to go up and down in food quality, service is good most of the time. This recent visit to the Salisbury location... the manger fixed my reward card so the waitress can access my rewards points, and I had enough points that it paid for my and sons meal.
No A/C and the beer was warm. The servicer was very nice, but I got sick when I got home.
The food is always good and there isn't much waiting that I have to do!
Everything! Food is delicious, beer is cold, personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. This is our Go-to place for a quick bite. The manager is visible as well.
