East Coast Wings always cook to order, if you ask for extra crispy, you get extra crispy.
During our last visit the a/c was not working and it was hot. Additionally the restaurant needs a good cleaning seats and bathroom need a refresh.
We enjoy the food and the waitress are great. It has a neighbor restaurant kind of feel but is showing its age.

Although we came in a little late, the service from Dianna was great! Our food was delicious. Please don’t ever change the French fries! They’re my favorite
Not disappointed. Visit was just average. Only my family and one other family in the store. Servers were attentive. Food was meh.
It’s been a year or 2 since I’ve been to the Florence location and we only ate there 3 times, each time the service got worse. A female server from the bar followed me and my wife into the parking lot and accused of not paying for our meal, we paid via the QR code on the receipt and even left a tip. That was the last time I ate there. Food was good every time.
Food is too salty and website is difficult to navigate. Three of us found that to be true. Links to update order status were invalid and left. Only anvk to the website. App didn't show the updates either. Timing of delivery was much later than anticipated and over an hour difference between initial order, estimated delivery, and actual delivery ordered closer to 6, estimated 841, delivered 700 ish. Delivery texts came in very late, after delivery. It was a confusing and frustrating experience. We have ordered here for a year and have found it to get worse as time goes on so we will hold off.
Most distressing is the fact delivery charges were hidden until after order was placed. This is deceptive practice and impacts our decision to order oversalted food from here.

Best bar staff and wait staff!! Great local atmosphere. Made so many friends by just stopping for lunch or dinner. Food is awesome! A go to place for my family since we moved to North Carolina 10 years ago.

I ordered 50 wings asked for more sauce they said I had to pay. Wings were soggy and small.
