It makes me think, "What's the point of responding to these if no one will take your messages seriously. I will include the message I sent again to see if I will get a response:

Hello, I would like to share a disappointing experience we recently had with an order from East Coast Wings.
We ordered the 25-wing special in person: 15 Raging Ranch wings and 10 Tajín wings. However, when we arrived home, we discovered that we had received 15 Raging Ranch wings and 10 TGG—or ginger-garlic—wings instead. The box was marked “Taj,” which made us believe the order was correct, but the receipt showed TGG.
We live more than 20 minutes away, so returning the food and receipt would have required a round trip of more than 40 minutes. When we called to explain the situation, the way the matter was handled was also disappointing. We had to repeat the explanation several times, and we could hear someone in the background say, “I don’t know what she’s saying.” We were then told that we would need to bring the wings and receipt back, which was not reasonable considering the distance and the fact that the mistake was not ours.
We understand that mistakes happen, but we would appreciate courteous customer service and a reasonable effort to correct the mistake. We are requesting either a refund or store credit for the 10 wings that were prepared incorrectly.

of all the to-go orders I have placed, 50 percent are not cooked as requested or I have received the incorrect order. Neither the food nor service are as good as it was a few years ago.

For the prices the sides don't equal the amount. Explain, the price for onion rings to only get 6 in the box is ridiculous and there small onion rings. If it's a pickup order, there isn't anyone up front to give the orders when the guest arrives. Last time I was there it was on a 30 min lunch break. I was late getting back to work, because the order wasn't ready when it was placed online. And I had to wait for someone to come up front to even acknowledge the fact it was guests up front while the others just walked in the back and looked up front l, while the phone just rang.
