The food is always the same and good service
The service and the food is excellent!
Wait staff isn’t always pleasant and overwhelmed, on a recent night we went in and there wasn’t anyone at the door we were the second group then another couple arrived. We all stood there and no one came to the desk. Saw only two servers and they were working but didn’t even acknowledge us. Lots of tables had customers, maybe 7 of them, but no one had food except maybe 1 table. Some had drinks. After standing for about 10 minutes ( still not acknowledged) we left. On the way out we passed another couple coming into the restaurant. Went to another restaurant, were greeted and after a few minutes seated. What can you do? Staff your restaurant. I don’t know if it was poor staffing, call ins or downsizing but this isn’t the first time this has happened. We enjoy the food so we still try. But it’s getting old now. But it’s always a crap shoot when we go. We always need a back up place in case.
Service is always friendly, but the last visit it took a while for our drinks to be refilled

I had 5 chicken tenders - very good - w/ side of carrots and celery. I got ONLY 6 very skinny cut pieces of carrots n celery. Really? I cannot eat your food without a decent number of these cut vegetables for a side. I was expecting thicker cuts and more of each of them!!! I am not going to risk constipation to frequent your store.
Make sure your advertisement is clear about discounts and promotions.

I ordered the wings and chips special and did not receive my chips in my Togo order. I would like to be credited in some way.
I enjoyed all of my food!! I asked for crispy wings....I got crispy wings. I asked for floppy chips... they were perfect!!!

Food is usually on point..I say usually because I did have an issue with overcooked wings a few months ago( did not find out til I was home)..but I emailed them a explaining that they were inedible and the manager contacted me and made it right on my next visit..but normally the food is great..customer service is awesome..very helpful and courteous..

Service has gone down at this location, and we like to sit outdoors, and there is often people including employees smoking on the side patio.
I really enjoyed the soup and salad option for lunch. The last time I got wings they were small and no really good beer specials. The food is good....fries and salad are good.

Your prices are a bit higher than comparative places. There is no special deal menu or daily special during dinner time that I have seen. Your rewards program takes too long to accumulate discounts or coupons.
I really like the variety of flavors and house made ranch dressing, but the wings are way overcooked, and the teri-ginger garlic sauce is grainy in texture, not smooth, which makes me think that the ingredients are questionable, or cheap. I've found much meatier wings elsewhere, and cheaper, and that don't have the consistency of dried jerky. Love the tots, too. Can't get them most places.
Get a better storefront. The place is to small.
Items are consistently missing from the pick up orders. Site appears to be understaffed. Cleanliness has declined in recent visits. We really like the food , but the experience has not been good recently
