A frequent patron and I am never disappointed. Service was excellent and our food was very good.
I have always loved ECW. The wings, wraps and burgers are delicious. But on my most recent order which was a pickup order, the chips were burnt. They weren't just extra crispy, you could taste the burn. One order was supposed to be semi floppy. They were far from it. The employee who cooked them should have known they were not suitable for the customer. Unless it's the same person, the employee who put the order together should have also known. I was highly disappointed. I will still return, but I will be checking the order next time before I leave with it.
Order was lacking items. Make sure takeout order is correct before bringing it out to the customer. This order was was traditional 25 (25/15 split) wings and chips. I was completely missing my chips and my 25 wings had absolutely no sauce. The person completing the order corrective action was to give me dipping sauce...totally unacceptable. When I told them it wasn't, they had to get the manager rather than just take it back to the kitchen to be covered with the sauce I asked.
Service was slow, Nice and polite, not many people there but didn't follow up after she brought out the food. also tried the new Hawaiian salad, was mostly a bowl full of long shreds of lettuce. not many components as shown in the picture

The order was ready at time promised and correct and prepared well. I don't visit this location often ( just not that convenient to get to.) I previously posted a "poor" review. The manager contact me to apologize and offered a free replacement. OBVIOUSLY the replacement order was perfect, but they were expecting me and knew I had a prior complaint. That was several months ago. But no one was expecting me this time and they did very well.
The food and the quick service
I always enjoy the Buffalo shrimp but this time they were extremely good and it was great they finally included the Texas toast…which was delicious. Serve was very good as well

The staff is friendly, attentive and proactive. The restaurant is clean, easily accessible and convenient. The food is always good, freshly cooked and arrives hot and ready to go. Prices are good.

Folks at N. Main location in High Point are friendly and always do a good job! Delyn, Zach and staff do a great job!
Love their wings and saladsand other things as well but that's wat I mostly get from there especially on Mondays and the cashier's are the best
