The service was very slow and were not checked on in a timely manner. our server thanked us for our patience as the were short staffed. She told us only two servers were working as some folks had called in that day.

Hello on our last trip to East coast wings we ordered online from the waxhaw nc location. The food itself was very tasty. My quarrel is that this is the second time our carrot / celery was forgotten, also we were supposed to get 4 cups of ranch and 2 blue cheese. Instead we got 2 ranch and 4 cups of a ranch parm of sorts,and we got a little shorted on the fresh chips.

The past several times I have ordered the wings are not wet and I have to go back and ask for more sauce. Not sure why this has started but they are not wet anymore. I have been coming since there was short staff and service was better then.

The wings were perfect, just right. The chips wee cooked to perfection! The staff was prompt and so very cordial! I recommend the Country Club Rd location

Great bartender!
Every time we place an order from the king restaurant the order is wrong and items are missing. The wings we ordered were supposed to be hot heat, and they were not. And they left our celery and carrots out of our order. We did not realize this until we got home.
