Friendly staff. Good food.
For the past 5 purchases I have made there has been no silver wear at times, no straw
, no crackers for the salad and the last order should have been tator tots and they sent French fries. I have been highly disappointed and not likely to return unless I am compensated in some way.

The parking lot is usually busy and it's hard to find a spot during normal dinner hours. The staff is usually very friendly and the food is always great.

I really loved their wings
Basically during very high events like the super bowl, what needs to be done is to either have more staff (it seems like every year, someone calls in sick or "can't make it" and leaves the staff there under water when it comes to getting orders ready for pick up. Tried twice (Past two years) ordering way ahead of time and to pick up at least an hour before kick off.
Both times, had to wait past pick up time and received pickup order an average of 30 min after kick off.
Could also be issue with not having enough infrastructure to handle large amounts of orders for the same time period for pick up. Many time I've seen at least 4-5 people come to pick up their orders and get told it'll be at least another 30min+ and they leave.
I was tempted to leave many times, but reassurance from staff helped to ease a little. Although compensation of a discount off order or provide some extras at no charge could've helped.
Next time we will be trying wingstop for the heavy event days as at times they always have had our orders ready for pick up well in advance.

Bone in chicken wings are to large and they should be smaller in size. The cost increase for 10 wings close to $20 is overpriced.
