The food was good and the service excellent!. Your staff is always so nice and friendly.
The customer service has been excellent lately compared to previous trips over the past few years. Our order was messed up with partial tenders missing from the order and it had to be made again. They also tossed in a dessert for the trouble of having to come up a second time. They won our loyalty as customers for having excellent customer service which is hard to come by nowadays. Thank you!

Had a wonderful lunch with friends today. Good food and a wonderful server!
Food was fresh and hot.. service was friendly.
Delicious wings
Great food, always great quality.
Service is spotty. They (servers) need training. The new GM needs to actually look like she wants to be there. She seems unapproachable. The host or hostess should be in appropriate uniforms and learn to great customers instead of being on their phones or somewhere else talking and fooling around. The bartenders are really the only ones that seem to have their jobs together. They great customers even if they are not sitting in their area. They seem to like their job. Outside area needs attention to sweeping and empty tables and ashtrays..
Been over a year since I've had lunch at this location. However, the food was always good, the orders were always correct, and service was pretty decent. Seems like I usually had difficulty getting refills on my drink. Other than that, It was good place to get lunch.
I liked the 85 Cent wing special. I stopped in solo on my way home got a quick bite to eat. I love the traditional hot wings.
Roaches were actively crawling in the establishment at the time of picking up food
Good food!
Great food
Cold beer
Good service
Wish the bar was larger—not always a seat and that’s where we like to sit—in front of the tv

Best wings in Charlotte, easily
The food is always fresh, delicious and delivered to the table as ordered! The lunch special is a true special!
Enjoy the food and restaurant.
Food was great and service was even better
Re cooked wings and yucky re heated food for the name
The food is good but the service can be a bit slow. And we saw them clean a table by wiping it with a cloth they had used to dry something spilled on the floor. It was not a pleasant sight.
