We got the garlic parm wings. They were a little dry and some were over cooked to the point of being hard. Not the norm for sure as we have always enjoyed the wings. Probably will try a different flavor next time, as there wasn't much garlic in the garlic parm.

However I asked for the ranch on my wrap on the side instead of IN the wrap. My boyfriend asked for extra ranch with his salad. When our food came out he was given 3 cups of ranch and I was not given any, even tho my wrap comes with ranch (I just requested on the side instead of Inside). Waitress charged us 75 cents for extra ranch.... however the 3 we received one should have been mine and I feel like 2 cups of ranch for one giant salad is totally acceptable. We were not informed we would be charged extra for anything. We paid the extra fee and learned a lesson, but we're very disappointed in being charged extra and not getting extra food

We ordered Wings and they had NO celery or carrots to offer with the wings this is the second time it happened and then we were charged $.99 for flavors and thought you got to choose 2 flavors if you ordered 15 wings?

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your celery and carrots . I will look into this matter to ensure it is not an ongoing issue. While on some days we do include an extra charge for sauces. I'd be happy to look into this farther for you but i will need for you to send me a little more information. Our goal here is to make every guest experience a great one , please come back and give us another chance to Do It Right .

I ordered my wings with a heat level of hot. They were mild - no heat at all. Flavor was good but not quite what I ordered. The chips were great though.

I ordered the 25 count of bone in wings and chips special. I ordered them insanity hotness and they were just not hot at all. Ever whom mixed the insanity sauce didn't do a good job. That's not the first time I've got them like that. Please bring back the hotness that the insanity wing used to be
