Thank you for asking about our experience. My family and I were really looking forward to a fun Super Bowl night, so we placed a pickup order for dinner and wings. The staff got our order right, and honestly, the chips and fries were a hit after we gave them a quick spin in the air fryer.
That said, we ran into some trouble with the packaging. All 50 wings were packed in five separate containers based on the sauce, but none had labels, so we had to play a guessing game to figure out which flavor was which. It turned dinner into a bit of a tasting challenge—which, while funny at first, slowed us down and made things a little frustrating.
On top of that, all five containers were placed in a single, untied plastic bag. I think splitting them into two or three bags and tying them up tight would make it a lot easier to get home without any spills. As it happened, the whole bag tipped over in my teenager’s car. Sure, maybe he could have wedged it in better, but the way it was packaged just didn’t help. When we got home, we found sauce everywhere—on the outside of the containers, in the bag, you name it. We had to clean up and repackage everything before we could eat, which took a while and left our meal a bit on the cold side.
We really did enjoy the food, but honest feedback: a little more attention to labeling and packaging would have made our night a lot smoother. Just a few tweaks could turn a good takeout experience into a great one!

The last two times there the wings have been way off. I order them the same every time when I have wings, Hot wing Santa Fe on them. The second to last time they were literally too hot to eat. They were way beyond what they had been in the past and looked like they had hot lava sauce on them. The last time they were under cooked, slimly, and even a little pink in the middle.
Fast friendly service order was correct and fresh , was ready for pick up when I arrived. Supper Bowl Sunday.

Big hair in my nachos and the food just wasn’t good at all. Very disappointed and it was my husbands birthday dinner. Also my husband is a fan of the tater tots and they have cut proportions way back.

Love your lunch menu
I'm not sure what date this is about since I enjoy the food/beverages and fine service every visit. Shane, Jennifer, Payton, Kayla, Brooke, and Susanne are all very good at what they do and the service that they provide. A big shout out to Scotty and the kitchen crew too.
We have a regular group of guys that meet there ever week, have been doing it for a pretty long time. Emily is our server most of the time, she is awesome !!!!! Knows what our favorites are , and even though overwhelmed with a full serving area occasionally, she keeps the whole table of 8 people satisfied !!! I enjoy the Lunch Specials, although a few of our favorites that were on the menu have disappeared ?????? There used to be a Chili and Sandwich combo that was a favorite, and a couple more that we are disappointed to see have been dropped from the menu ??? Maybe look into bringing them back !!!! Thanks for the great atmosphere, and great servers !
