Our food is always good as well as our service! It's one of my favorite places in the area!
Waitress was very nice. Food was okay, miss the fried green beans. Want to know how to change my number to my cell phone on my rewards card. No one in the restaurant seems to know.

Placing a to go order over the phone for pick up was easy and food was ready and correct when we got there. Very fast, great service and tasty food.
Mgmt and staff has gotten much better over the last few months. They needed some new blood in there to put some life back into that place.
Every time I get East Coast later in the evening, my chicken is rubbery and tough, literally inedible, because it has been clearly microwaved. This has occurred multiple times, and I thought each time “it won’t happen again.” Welp, I was wrong. Service is always stellar, but whoever is “cooking” (microwaving) back there needs to learn that the kitchen shouldn’t be closing until the restaurant is closed.
We got our food in a timely manner and the service was excellent.
Every time I go in there, even if you’re busy, you take the time to make sure I’m at least knowledged

Bring back the fried beans
For some reason, this location is not welcoming. No host to greet you, the food was fried so hard that you couldn’t tell it was boneless chicken wings. It’s like they warmed the wings up in the microwave which made them hard as a rock. I am taking the time to write this review hoping that you make changes. The one waitress was running around with his head cut off. He gets his tables mixed up and forgets silverware, napkins, and brings wrong drinks to my table. I had a $5.00 credit already and provided my phone number for him to apply to my bill and he still didn’t use it. Would not go back and apply it and told me to come back and use it later!! This is one $5.00’s that you can keep.
The wings are very dry. Should be served with more sauce on them.
The waiter was helpful and friendly, and the food was fast and delicious as usual.

The wings are delicious. We love the appetizers, fried pickles and nachos. The burgers are great. Philly cheese. I haven't had anything bad.
I was greeted when I entered the restaurant and thanked when I left. The customer service was awesome and they addressed me by name. The price and the quality of the food was inline with my expectations!

Server was not good. I ran out of tea 2x before she would ask if we needed anything. Not a person that you need in this industry. Non personable, did not ask if we wanted to go cups or anything like our normal waitress. Food was ok. Not like normal either. Will probably go to Concord location before coming back to Salisbury.
