When my wife arrived at the restaurant, she saw a staff member replacing the bag because the wing sauce had leaked out of the container. However, they didn’t add any more sauce or replace the wings. When we got our order, the wings were very dry and barely had any sauce. We’re disappointed with how this was handled.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I typically get hot wings but this trip I had the EWC+G Chicken Salad was FANTASTIC! I had it with the crispy chicken with hot sauce and lava bleu cheese dressing. It was just the right amount of heat. The salad ingredients were super fresh and crispy. It was a huge salad and very filling. I love this salad and have frequently told friends that it's the best in town.
I think our server was new, but she was very prompt, polite and efficient. She had always had a smile and checked in with us regularly.
My only minor complaint is the style of the bowl. The metal bowl with the sides that point up make it a little difficult to cut the salad up without scraping your wrists on the metal.
Just a little FYI... You need to update the prices on your Google search profile.

We love to come on Mondays because the wings are on sale lol. But we do like eating there. The waitress we had was very nice and friendly. We got good service and food was really good. Water wasn’t that good…my husband said it smelled and tasted like dirt but we know it was because of all the rain and storms we’ve had. BUT OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS GOOD!
I had a very large pick up order. It was 15 mins late and I had 15 ppl waiting on that food for their break. I asked to purchase more sauce and the lady at the bar who handed my food said that what I ordered should be enough… of course it was not. I proceed to get out the door with 4 large bags and the lady that greets and seat people just watched me struggle instead of having any common courtesy. I spoke to everyone with respect and politely but the vibe in the restaurant was as if everybody I encountered was grumpy and miserable. I go to the hickory location all the time and they are not like that so it was a very different experience.
We like the new management. Service was speedy and good was good.

East Coast Wings is always one of our favorite places to eat! The service is consistently great, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The wings are delicious with plenty of flavor options to choose from. Every visit has been a great experience, and we always leave satisfied. Highly recommend!
