It would be nice if they had more waitress
Consistency on the wings. I'm not sure if it's the time of day. I usually eat from the lunch menu and the wings are usually cooked perfectly. When I had the dinner service wings a few times they were not up to par.
What I enjoyed most about my experience at East Coast Wings & Grill was the amazing customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. On top of that, the wings were great, they were flavorful and cooked just right. Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience.
I ordered nachos last week and they were amazing. Everything was packaged separately, so nothing was soggy when I got home. The bartenders that I order from her always very nice. Never have to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for my food.
I haven’t eaten there in a long time, seemed like a constant of bad service and mediocre food. But the group of guys I was with on Fourth of July morning everywhere we want to go was not open so we ended up there. My food was very good. I was pleasantly surprised. Our server was training two other girls so she had her hands full, but they did good overall. I will definitely go back at this point.

The wait time was unusually long & staff although helpful were alittle confused about orders. Food was good.

Pick up order had mistakes. Wait time was over 45 mins from when food was "ready for pick up" on the website. Restaurant was so crowded there was over 10people waiting for pick up orders. As well as 2 large parties of 8plus people waiting for a table. People were parking in other parking lots and walking over due to parking lot was already full. The waiting area quickly became claustrophobic and very hot.
Love coming to ECW&G. Food consistently good.
The restaurant was very nice and clean the waitress was very nice and friendly the food was very good and the manager came and talked to us about what they had done to make it a very nice setting for its customers

The staff was friendly, which is what kept it from a 0 or 1. Party of 3 arrived at 12:30. Seated around 12:35 (few tables occupied, but was obvious from entry that minimal staff was present). Order taken around 12:40 (we ordered food with drinks as we mentioned we didn’t have a ton of time to spare- not in a huge rush, but needed to leave by 1:30- we thought an hour would be plenty since it wasn’t crowded). We waited and waited. 2 of the 3 orders (buffalo chicken wrap and steak Philly) arrived at 1:11 (one had fries that were very overcooked). Was told my chicken fingers would be right out. They arrived after 1:15. I asked server to go ahead and bring to-go boxes and the check, as I didn’t want to eat too quickly and would just eat in the car. The server was very kind and did so. The chicken fingers were also overcooked, but the chips were perfect. Could not find server so left cash with the check and informed hostess it was on the table (I usually like to hand-deliver cash). I did leave 20% plus as the delay was NOT the server’s fault.
We noticed a table there before us (had drinks already when we sat), also waited a long time for food, so it was not just us. If this was expected (not sure if kitchen was short staffed as well), it would have been really nice to be informed upon arrival that food would take a while so we had a chance to go elsewhere if in more of a hurry.
I had been to the Thomasville location last Friday night at 6:30. My chicken tenders were delivered to the table in less than 5 minutes.
We normally love ECW (usually go to Arcadia location as it’s closest to our home, but High Point was on the way to my son’s baseball game). We were just very disappointed in the long wait for overcooked food (did not mention it as we had no time to wait on anything to be redone). I highly encourage you to inform customers if food is taking unusually long, so they can make better-informed choices and prevent frustration.
The flavor of the wings were overall good however I ordered virgin intensity for my wife and hot for myself and it seems that all of them were virgin. My wings had zero heat intensity at all which unfortunately made this just a "eh" visit. The mozz sticks were great though.
I love all the flavors of wings, (so many to choose from). But lately, someone can't count. I have received up to two less wings in my orders. Unfortunately I do not look until I'm home. Haven't called back because I don't think they will not believe me.
I enjoyed placing my order on line thru my app and paying. As always the food was great. Will be eating there again soon
The lunch specials are the best buy around. We also appreciate the rewards program.
I come to this ECW maybe once or twice a month. I’ve never had a problem ordering a kids meal (I am a bariatric patient). In yesterday’s visit I ordered a kids meal with a to go diet Mt. Dew. After eating ONE WING I bit into a black hair (my hair is blonde/brown). I was pleasant when I stopped the hostess and told her. She eventually came and told me they would remake my kids meal. At that point I was no longer interested in eating(grossed out) but I never complained, I did ask them to just make it ToGo. The food came quickly (the sever and hostess were very nice)…. I wasn’t asking for anything free, but when I got the bill I was charged OVER $3.00 for the drink (that has always come with the kids meal) AND TO BOOT, I had not even drank the first sip. I asked why the charge and was told that was policy… I didn’t see that ANYWHERE and I literally had a HAIR in my food and they made a point to change me over $3 for a 7 dollar kids meal that I didn’t even eat. My bill was $11 and I tipped $2. I didn’t want to punished the server but I will not come back to pay that much for nothing.

Keep the patio area clean. Don't look like its been washed in yrs. Replace the sun blockers cause they are very ragged. Rhe staff is fine and always been very nice
Salad was beautifully presented for a to-go order. However, I was missing the crunchy topping. The other salad we ordered was perfect.

The food is good but if heat is what someone is looking for then i couldnt recommend. The heat level used to be as expected however lately the kitchen is just adding cyan pepper to increase heat and that is not effective. Used to be good flavor with the heat which wasnt simply adding cyan.
