The boxes were not labeled with the wing flavors. There was barely any sauce on wings or flavor. not fried crispy as requested. chips were burnt.

Was told order would be ready at 543pm. Was not ready until 6pm. I ordered Virgin no heat. They sent the tenders with heat. I could not eat any of it.
The boneless wings were extremely small. They were closer to popcorn chicken bites. I’ve been a longtime customer of East Coast Wings (dating back to 2010), and I’m sad to say that it appears that the boneless wings are half the size they once were. Buffalo Wild Wings and other restaurants in the area are just offering larger boneless wings, so I’ve been visiting those places in lieu of ECW.

I have always loved ECW. The wings, wraps and burgers are delicious. But on my most recent order which was a pickup order, the chips were burnt. They weren't just extra crispy, you could taste the burn. One order was supposed to be semi floppy. They were far from it. The employee who cooked them should have known they were not suitable for the customer. Unless it's the same person, the employee who put the order together should have also known. I was highly disappointed. I will still return, but I will be checking the order next time before I leave with it.
Order was lacking items. Make sure takeout order is correct before bringing it out to the customer. This order was was traditional 25 (25/15 split) wings and chips. I was completely missing my chips and my 25 wings had absolutely no sauce. The person completing the order corrective action was to give me dipping sauce...totally unacceptable. When I told them it wasn't, they had to get the manager rather than just take it back to the kitchen to be covered with the sauce I asked.
East Coast wings never disappoints, they have a very friendly and fast wait staff. Their food is fantastic and loved we visited on May 21st 2026 and was able to sit outside. There were four of us in our group and we had an absolutely wonderful time. Would recommend it to anyone!
