My waitress was very courteous but I was disappointed in the buffalo chicken sandwich which I've never been dissatisfied in the past the sandwich looks like it's gotten smaller it was heavily breaded with very little meat and it was overcooked and very greasy
We enjoy your lunch specials, especially the chicken salad.
This was my first visit and maybe unexpected too much. I heard great things about your wings, but the one time I tried recently they were dry and stringy and just not that good and definitely not a good value.

Great Service, Good Food
Lunch special was good for the bone in wings. My wife had the boneless wings which was more like chicken nuggets with too much breading. One of them was all breading and no meat. I told the server and she brought her two more. She will never try those again. We had to stand at the counter forever before anyone came out to seat us. We almost left to go someplace else when someone finally came to seat us. This was around 12:30 pm and the dining room was empty with a few people in the bar. Once we were seated the service was good.
Food was delicious. Service was good!

Favorite place for margaritas and nachos
Last two visits we had no silverware, and food was not fully cooked. Service is good but air conditioner is out and kitchen not good at all! Lots of complaints from other customers also! No one had silverware they said they was slow. Last visit was this evening it was worse than last week, probably won't be back, it hurt our stomach both visits, not good!
Managing Partner Joe and staff safe are always a pleasure to interact with. Service is great and fast.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food can be slow to come out of the kitchen, but it is worth the wait! The food is always great!
The waitress was great…also the food was great….but there was no BPR that suck. The restaurant in SALISBURY has PBR .
Justice was my bartender. 10 gold stars. Best wings in Hickory.
I ate at the bar. Bartender was quick and friendly, she put my order in quick. The fries here always seem to be fresh, can’t say that about the other ECW location I regularly eat at.
Overall excellent lunch!

The food was good as usual. The wait staff was professional and friendly. I am still upset that East Coast Wings did away with chili from their menu several years ago. But I still enjoy going there!

Adrian and his team at ECW in Albemarle are spectacular. His staff reflects a level of professionalism that you don’t see at restaurants. The fact I can tell they enjoy their job too is a big deal. Keep it up!
Me and my mom and dad went for lunch after leaving Lowes the restaurant was totally full of people. We did not get our food to everyone else was out of the building. We waited approximately an hour. I got wings. My mother got a chicken sandwich. My father got a cheeseburger. The wings were cold. Their burger and chicken was hot. I asked for hot wings. They brought me mild. First time I’ve ever had bad service there eat there a lot.
Excellent service and excellent food. Highly recommended.
