The system used for takeout is a little frustrating bc you have to stand in between a guest eating and the bus boy/girl 's dirty bins. The bar tender is usually busy with customers eating at bar and seems frustrating to have to deal w orders.sadly almost always, something is missing from the takeout order. One time being when our son came back from USMC duties and loves East Coast. We has starving and worked so hard, didnt have much time in between having to go back in. Part of his order was missing. I have to stand with no room to, every time to check order while people eat beside me or crowd behind me.

As always, food was great and service was excellent.
I no longer choose east coast as my 1st choice for wings the wings dont taste fresh meaning the chicken itself. I love your salads just wish I could try your wings again.

Garlic parm wings had no flavor. Garlic honey teriyaki were good. Loaded tots pretty good. Did not like banging shrimp tacos. Shrimp had weird flavor. Salad was good

Personally !!!! I’m not Sure what other locations anyone has gone to other than the EastCoast WinG$ in WaxHaw NC at the Kensington Location where the Harris Teeter Gas Station is at but I’ve lived in Mineral Springs since 2013 and my wife is from Mineral Springs her Pop’s was brought here in 1947 from the Monroe Hospital by his parents and his roots run all the way down to a black and white pic I held in my hand from about a century ago and these Wing$ beat Hathaway’s who make good wings that are larger, but lack the tenderness and flavor of what Union County Represents. I’m not dissing Hathaway’s or anyone in the Union county area or Mecklenburgh county…. In my honest opinion and I’m From the Brooklyn Zoo this is the # 1 $pot for wings in these two counties over Chex, Wing King, and Wing Stop. I’m not in anyway paid or affiliated with This Franchise or location of East Coast Wings, but I just can’t complement them enough my 3 favorite are : Mango Habanero, Harvest Apple, & my new favorite Hot Honey the heat index’s is 1. Xhot 2. XHot 3. Hot on a 10 - 10 - 5 ( 25 ) deal with the $1 charge for extra Wet wings they call its “ Saucey “ the In-House Floppy Chips and all Dipping Sauce is Blue Cheese and the Celery & Carrots and I get some cheesy Bread from the Papa John’s next to the sweet frog in the same shopping center cause my daughter loves the cheese Bread. Trust me if you don’t know wings you won’t appreciate these just the right size and just the right crisp with the perfect sauce!!!!
Absolutely LOVE the experience we receive at this ECW!! Heather is always so welcoming! When she isn’t there we sure do miss her!!
Great service food fresh and hot
With 16 taps, you should have 2 beers per day on special. Your beer costs too much. I had naked wings that were overcooked where the meat was rubbery and not tender or flavorful. I personally did not like any of your wing flavors, but settled on mango habanero on the side. It was ok. I saw someone eating a salad that looked appealing.
