I rarely eat in store because Diet Pepsi is the only diet soda you have. I understand you have a contract with Pepsi but they have Diet Dr Pepper and Diet Mt Dew as well.

We ordered online & our food was ready at the correct time. The food was very good.
I hope someone reads this - I rated a 10 because the order was accurate and the Courtney Club location did great with the order. However - I want to give some feedback on the new ordering system. Overall, it's been a lot more intuitive with the menu and looks good. But for some reason, the last 2 orders I have submitted I chose one location at the beginning of the order and it changed it to a different location in checkout and I didn't notice until I got the confirmation email. The first time it happened I thought maybe it was me and then it happened again. Idk what the issue is or if anyone else has had a similar experience but I wanted to bring it up one way or another. This was a 35 min drive for me both times when it should have been only 10 mins if it would have just kept the store I selected in the beginning.

It was easy to place my order and pick up my order. The wings were a great addition to our Mother's Day and Graduation party!

Clean the bathrooms
I literally waited less than 5 minutes for them to fill my order. Wings, and tator chips were hot and delicious. Two weeks in a row, both orders were correct.
My wife suggested it both times.
She really likes the Golden Honey BBQ wings, and the Tator chips.
I’ve now acquired an East Coast Wings & Grill card, and earning points each time.

Customer Service could feel a lot better. The level of Customer Service has it's really good days and it's not so good days. The Wings at one time were amazing, now it just seems like they're prepared quickly and they just don't taste like they use to taste.
I got 2 orders of lettuce wraps and for one the lettuce was so old and just bad. Discolored and wilting. No names on orders so don't know which one is the hotter heat level. Basically it ruined our meal. It's a simple thing don't use old and bad food. Very disappointed
