Always get good service and food is always good.
We requested and paid for saucy wings and the was no sauce on them. And the skillet had so much cheese I could barely chew it

Usually, or most of the time great service and food, however this visit food was not on par. My wife was disappointed on the Kentucky bourbon sauce it was watery and a bit tasteless. Server did a good job. But my wife and another guest thought the Kentucky bourbon wings , which are their favorite were not up to standards.

We always enjoy coming here but its really annoying when they start putting the chairs on the tables & sweeping under our table an hour before closing. It just makes you feel like they want you to get out because they want to leave.
The food is great. We have had very good service. Our last server was Deraus not sure if that is spelled corectly anyway he was Great !

The wings (I paid extra for them to be extra saucy) were all dry, and weren’t labeled. I couldn’t tell visually or by taste which were hot and which were Lemon Pepper. The chips were overcooked (beyond inedible), and the Mac and cheese (one of my favorites!) was beyond dry. 0/10, worst birthday dinner experience I’ve had at ECW to date. So disappointing
