Wait staff and food
Everytime I order from here the food is delicious hot and fresh when I get home from ordering takeout! The ranch is perfection, the wings/sauces are top notch, and the fries are the icing on the cake!

I never received my food! The order was canceled and I didn’t receive an email until a hour later, and I called the store and the guy told me he gave it to the wrong door dasher

The staff was genuinely very kind and helpful as we had never been to this venue. They showed us how it works while we were soaked down a frosty beer. Was amazed at all the sauce combinations we had to choose from.. The wings were fantastic and the atmosphere was really nice. I will definitely go again as they have B3 beat by a long shot!

Lunch specials are amazing.... huge cheeseburger, a side (I upgade to their delicious golden brown, real onion rings for $2.00) and Drink for $10.99!!! Unbelievable!!!

My boneless wings were terrible. The waitress was nice and took the first order back and brought me a fresh order. These were just as bad. I asked for lightly floppy chips and I got raw chips. This is the worst experience I’ve had at east coast wings.

Update your online ordering system to reflect a more accurate pick up time. We placed a large wing order and were given a time when the food should have been ready. I realize that time is the best estimate and I certainly am not upset if it takes a little longer. However, this estimate was off by more than 30 MINUTES! Had I not already paid for the food we would have taken the business elsewhere. I do not mind the need for the extra prep time, especially if you're busy or understaffed, but be forthcoming with a better time instead of having me just sit around and wait. On top of the major inconvenience I wasn't even offered a discount! I paid about $190 for food that day. If nothing else maybe a $25 gift card would have been a nice gesture.
