I started buying our wings from the Clemmons location about 6 months ago and the quality, speed, and service are best in Clemmons!
The moment we walked in we ere greeted by Candice ho has a great personality that makes you glad you came in. She helps you find the perfect seat.
Then comes this bouncing server named Brandy who assist you in making your order. She continually cheks on how your dining experience is going.
These two are why I return there for a meal. I know it will be a great experience.
They need a reward for being a great representative of East Coast.
The staff is very friendly and competent. Nice selection of beers too.
The atmosphere and the waitress was very attentive but not too much.
First, I love ECW. Big fan here. Many years. Not happy with some of the menu changes but I can still get my favorite (Outwest ranch) used to be magma (cool name) now it's extra hot (meh). I order in person and by phone. I never check my to-go orders before I leave, I don't believe I should have to. Neither have I voiced a complaint or concern at the storefront I frequent as of yet. I speak only of my Outwest ranch as I am very consistent in my ordering. It not longer comes "tossed". Wings are cooked and sauce is added but the wings are not evenly coated. The sauce itself is not mixed prior to the container, (Guessing flavor and heat) as rolling the wings in the sauce changes the color as it mixes. I prefer mine extra saucy. I enjoy it immensely and even dip my vegetables in it. I have purchased cups of it for use at home. It has also become the secret ingredient to my football dip. (shhh...don't tell!) My last five or so orders I asked and paid (I think) for my wings to extra saucy only to find a well measured just enough. My last order was this past Friday. Called in and picked up on my way home. (My turn to cook) When I unpacked everything was great except my split order of 25 bone-in (always) Outwest ranch (always). 15 molten hot magma (must be said in Dr. Evil's voice) and ten mild (wife's portion that I almost always finish). Neither were tossed. Couldn't even tell wife's were Outwest ranch. Mine had sauce enough to cover the wings if I rolled them individually with the last requiring me to pool the last of the sauce with the paper liner. I actually spoke to my wife of my frustration and was considering odering from the another ECW further away (multiple horrible dine-in experiences, never ordered pick up) in hopes that things would improve. As to making it right, better managerial over site / quality control would be my guess. Free wings wouldn't hurt.
Bring back the old pretzel bites. The new ones aren’t good
Too much background noise to hear and to be heard order specifics were explained several times but order did not come as we described, specifically the converted, which btw are not showing on the menu. The Video menu is a pain! So I had to call and it still wasn’t right with the store taking mynn no order. Ordered two celery and carrots - rec’d celery only. Was not happy with the huge pieces of lettuce in my Caesar salad. Was an ok experience but this time not worth $88. Sorry. But we will be back as always

Ordered online. MacBurger and fries, and the tenders wings combo with fries. When my husband went to pickup they couldn’t find the order and had to remake it. He had to show them the email with the order. Then we realized after he got home they left out the order of wings even though they asked him several times what sauce was supposed to be on them. We live about 30 minutes away so we were def not gonna drive back to get them.
