The girls at the cash register taking my order and figuring out how to access the birthday reward were very hekpful, patient, and efficient. By the time we figured out the reward, the order was ready!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We love east coast but recently the quality just isn’t what it used to be. The wings were very fatty and left an unpleasant texture. We normally get hot with the mango habanero but we ordered medium this time because they were too spicy the last time. Even with the medium my lips and tongue was on fire. This isn’t always the case, sometimes it’s good and we have no complaints. I think it’s a hit or miss depending on who’s in the kitchen that day.
