I don't know if it was because of 85 cent wing day, but the food was awful. The wings weren't edible; they were extremely tough. It seemed as if they were precooked and dropped again after being ordered. I think I'm done with East Coast Wings.

i asked for onions on my salads, never received until i asked twice for them & my sister order chicken wings medium, to find out she received "virgin" wings, also service was kinda slow
Our food was and always is really good and the service was great too. The only issue was with the dry rub wings, which were too dry and not very tasty because most of the dry rub was in the bottom of the basket and not coated onto the outside of the wings. This is the 2nd time they have been like that and I don't want to order them again. They used to be juicy and coated thoroughly, so they were tasty.

We eat there as a group often, sometimes several times a week but always at least once a week. There was a promotion on the radio to purchase gift certificates. We purchased several. Nothing was ever mentioned about not being allowed to use them on alcohol. The gift certificates do not state "no allowed to use on alcohol". When first purchased, alcohol purchases were approved. Upon our last visit we were notified we'd no longer be allowed to use on alcohol. I'm not sure that's even legal beings that the policy changed after they were purchased and it was never stated prior and it's not printed on them. We have discussed asking for a refund for the certificates we bought. Either way, we're highly considering moving our business to the corner once we recoup the money we spent on the certificates. We've been very steady, high paying, good tipping customers for quite a long time but this has left us feeling that someone else will appreciate our business more.
The food was tasty as it always is and our server was generally attentive and pleasant. Even though we were in late in the evening all went well and we had a nice time and good dinner.
Employees aren’t dressed in restaurant logo clothing. One lady had on a college hoodie, one lady had on a locally owned HVAC hoodie, one lady had just a regular shirt, etc. Only a couple employees actually looked like they worked there. Very unprofessional looking staff.
