My significant other and I came in on last Friday night. After we were seated, NO SERVER came to take our drink and appetizer order. A family of four came in ten minutes after us, and they received their kids' drinks, adult drinks, and menus!!!! We asked the busboy/barback if there was a server available since, by this time, we'd been sitting there for about 15 minutes.
When someone finally came to our table, it was the hostess! She's already done her part -- why are we being ignored? The hostess politely brought us water and took our drink order. By this time, we're less than pleased. Ten minutes had elapsed, and the drinks weren't brought to us. So we left.
I frequent ECW weekly - even have a member account. I was very disappointed with the server staff.

Well, the problem was another party that was making an uncomfortable scene (particularly one person). I realize that maybe that isn't East Coast Wings fault, however no staff member told that one person to stop the foul language and inappropriate behavior or be told to leave. I felt very insecure and did not enjoy my meal until after the party left 'on their own'. I feel like it's the East Coast Wings staff job to provide a safe and secure dining experience for ALL customers. On the day I was there, this did not happen.
I will say that my server was excellent and my food was delicious (particularly after the party causing a scene left)
The bartenders and wait staff.
The quesadilla and southwest egg rolls were so greasy that they were inedible. extremely disappointed after spending so much.

The last time I went the bartender was really slow. We waited a lot for food and she didn’t communicate or check in until she had food to bring. I’m usually used to bartenders being more friendly. Told her I came in for my birthday reward she didn’t even say happy birthday
The food is always good and the service. The people are very friendly.
Our waitress was wonderful from the time we sat down until the time we left the restaurant. She had many tables to wait on but you would never know it because she gave each and every one of them the attention they deserved.

I have talked to 2 managers this week to get refunded for my online order that was placed on the 30th. I showed up to pick my food order up & there was as sign on the door that said they were closed.
