Friendly staff and great wings !!
Love the huge variety of wing flavor options.
It was easy to place my order and pick up my order. The wings were a great addition to our Mother's Day and Graduation party!
My food was not cooked how I asked but it was fresh.
Clean the bathrooms
I literally waited less than 5 minutes for them to fill my order. Wings, and tator chips were hot and delicious. Two weeks in a row, both orders were correct.
My wife suggested it both times.
She really likes the Golden Honey BBQ wings, and the Tator chips.
I’ve now acquired an East Coast Wings & Grill card, and earning points each time.

It was Mother’s Day and the crew were few but the service was great!
Customer Service could feel a lot better. The level of Customer Service has it's really good days and it's not so good days. The Wings at one time were amazing, now it just seems like they're prepared quickly and they just don't taste like they use to taste.
The food was good but service not too much.
Sat outside. Server was running bar too, took her forever to get to us, she was more focused w bar. Cash out never came, had to go to her.

But near the end of our meal, there was a commotion in the kitchen. People were yelling and cussing each other.
We finished and left quickly which dampened the enjoyment from our lunch.
We felt sorry for people that were waiting for their food and had to listen to whatever was going on with employees.
With all of the times we have been in this restaurant we have no clue who the managers are or even if they are even present.

Again my wings were HARD and dry--which seems to be the same thing that happens at ECW
with the store on Peters Creek in Winston-Salem, When you ask for feedback, I fill out the questions that are on the study, but NEVER get an answer from these stores. Will take my
business to other and different wing stores. Told the manager at Peters Creek (and showed the
wings) and he just flipped me off. I will go to Waldo's which I HATE but cant be any worse than what I am getting from ECW
I always love the food . First time trying the Classic Nachos . I did ask for two cups of the tortillas chips that was supposed to come with my husbands EC Buffalo chicken salad . “Didn’t get !!! And the cashier was supposed to take the $10.00’s off for my birthday ! Didn’t show on receipt! So I did not get the $10 discount! The rush-hour has not even started yet! Love the food service sucks
My last order was not done correctly. Instructions not followed ruined my experience.
Ordered one flavor of wings but received another flavor.
Well took me three times to ask to finally get my drink which was diet pepsi. Gave phone number to server and she did not apply my order for the rewards points. Give me a free meal for four and then I will consider it.
Boneless wings were not cooked well. They were smushy. I had to go home and put I. The air fryer to cook longer . However, the chips were cooked so well majority could not be ate.
We ordered a 20 piece wing with 4 different heat levels and flavors. Not one box was labeled with flavor or heat level. Each box also had 4 wings instead of 5.
Food was good and hot. But flavor was incorrect on the chicken.

Our cashier was so helpful, I had 2 rewards cards and she help me get things to one. No one has ever offered to assist. Really appreciated that.
The first time that I ordered online from your location in Mooresville, it was perfect. I ordered my wings extra crispy, and they had just the right sauce. However, for the last two or three times that I have ordered, the wings are far from the extra crispy that I always ask for, and they are stingy with the sauce. I don't leave a tip because I'm the one making the order online, and I'm the one coming to pick it up. If I ate in the restaurant, and I was served by wait staff, I would leave a tip. I don't know if that has anything to do with my order not being cooked the way that I asked for. I won't say that I won't eat at East Coast Wings anymore, but I'm really looking at another restaurant similar to East Coast Wings, who could perhaps get my order right.
