Wings are great; however, I didn't give it a 10 because they used to have better flavors. Even the traditional buffalo flavor, at different heat levels, isn't up to par with what it used to be. Don't fix something that isn't broken.

I visit East Coast quite often, although this particular location is not one I typically go to. I’ve always enjoyed our family dinners at East Coast, but unfortunately this visit was very disappointing and not at all what I’ve come to expect.
We waited approximately 45 minutes for our food and when it finally arrived it was barely room temperature. At that point, it was already getting late so I decided not to complain and simply continue eating.
However, when I got down to my last piece of quesadilla I couldn’t overlook it anymore and asked our waitress if she could warm it up. She did, but what was more disappointing was the lack of concern regarding the situation. I explained to her that the food had been somewhat cold from the moment it was served and that this was not typical of my previous experiences at East Coast. There was very little acknowledgment or concern shown.
The overall service was also below expectations. From the time we arrived until we were able to leave we spent approximately an hour and 20 minutes at the restaurant, which is considerably longer than what I normally experience.
I regret not speaking up sooner about the temperature and quality of the food when it was first served. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not plan on returning to this particular East Coast location.
I enjoy East Coast and have had many good experiences at other locations, which is exactly why this visit was so disappointing.

Chicken was undercooked. And beer cheese was forgotten for the nachos.
Very glad they have an outdoor space to eat. Waitress was very pleasant, food came out in a timely manner. Everything was delicious!
