Love this store and its employees. Even when they’re short staffed they are courteous quick and serve delicious food.
My family lives about 30 minutes from your store. Since we live so far, we only eat there once a year. My husband LOVES wings and that's his go to on his birthday (January 1st). I drive the hour round trip while he enjoys sitting at home, watching football, and waiting on his wings. Last year January 1, 2024 I went there and waited a very long time, didn't get all of our food once it was brought out, and nothing was labeled so we'd know what it was. So, this year, I place my order several hours ahead of time online. Then, on my drive to Goldsboro, I called your store. I told them I was on my way. I told them I'd be there at 5pm exactly and would love it if my order was ready. I also asked if she could please label my wings so we would know what was what. I got there at 4:59pm. When I walked in, she told me my order had not been made yet and she would go make sure it would start. I sat there for 20 minutes before my food came out. Everyone else in the restaurant had already eaten and were watching the football game. No other food was being brought out. at 5:20pm, my food was brought out and was missing my extra order of fries. So, I had to sit there and wait another 10-12 minutes for my fries to come out. I then had to make the drive back home. I arrived back home at 6:10pm after having left at 4:30pm. I was gone an hour and 40 minutes for what should have been an hour round trip. I did everything I could to ensure my food was ready on time and it still wasnt even started when I arrived. So, I had to put all of the food into the air fryer and reheat everything because it was all cold and soggy. Your food is great and I really want to enjoy eating there and not ruin my husband's birthday by eating an hour and a half late because I had to reheat everything that got cold while waiting on my extra fries. So sad. Was really rooting for you guys to have a win this year.
Took a while to get drinks and the restaurant was dead. Staff was very friendly though.
Had a take out order, I was paying with a gift card. Thought it was a rewards card. After she brought it back to me, her another server stood near the cash register. Several minutes passed and they grabbed my order which had sitting there.
I got a take out order on Thursday and there was barely any wing sauce on the wings. I had to go back and get more sauce because they had zero flavor and the charged me for the extra wing sauce. Was not happy about that, but otherwise good.
Make sure to order what you need of items. It seems there is a constant problem with running out of certain menu items such as boneless wings as well as certain beers.
I love the potato chips and your sandwich’s are gfu.
Great Customer Service, The food was amazing the environment is peaceful and laidback. Nelly really made my experience delightful during my visit she made sure everything was ok. Thank you for the awesome experience.

My waitress was not very attentive. She refilled my water after my Last name removed became empty. She never asked me how I was doing? How was the food?
We have been regulars there for the past 3years at this location. However within the last 6 months we have noticed lots of staff changes and the experiences have not been as good. Wait times are longer however the restaurant is not busy. And our orders have been wrong the last two trips. Hopefully it will get better. Staff is very inconsistent.

I made a pick up order and I forgot to order drinks so I put drinks on another order well I go inside the place and there is nobody at the counter and there is 2 people at the host desk I know they have a different job but they never asked what I needed and what I was there for then as I was standing there 2 other people come inside and we are waiting and finally one of the host went in the back to get somebody to help us and when they did they didn’t have my complete order together or right and I had to wait longer for my drinks to be made and the other man that was waiting with me they asked him what he needed and then he says wait a minute I have to go get her knowing she was trying to get my drinks together. I don’t believe they had everything together but need more people to help and more politeness within the front. I have had a my share inside the store so I thought I’d try take out and well that wasn’t any better.
The wait staff and bartenders are extremely nice.

My boneless wings were the size of popcorn chicken and full of gristle. I would have been better off with chicken nuggets from McDonald’s. These wings were not worth the price.
