We really like the pub pretzel bites with the beer cheese. We ordered the nacho platter for the two of us. Those two things were more than the two of us could eat.

The staff are excellent, they treat me with kindness and remember me from previous visits, the food is excellent and never a long wait time, our to go to place to eat.
We love ECW!! We discovered ours in Kingsport, TN about 2 months ago and have enjoyed the chips, margaritas, chicken salads and burgers… the servers each time were friendly and knowledgeable about all the wonderful food and drinks. We will definitely keep going and it has become one of our favorite go-to places to eat.

Philly cheese steak flatbread was so salty unable to eat
Very friendly and nice all around. Waitress and managed well. Jessie was very good as a server and all the other staff that passed by my table spoke with a smile. Shrimp tacos were just right!!! Chicken tenders and mac n cheese my granddaughter had were just perfect to my picky little one.
Charged me for sauce .99. That comes with my meal. Then go around about this and still not get the bbq sauce that comes with my food. Not happy probably won’t be back for a while. Are yall charging everyone over like that. Not a happy experience.
