Haven't been in a long time, ordered pick up and it was great!!! Will do again!
Kate (our server) was polite but very inattentive and overall our dinner took at least twice as long as it should have. The food was great but service slow & horrible.

Last three times I’ve been in there you have to ask multiple times for something to drink. Unless you’re one of the ones at the end of the bar that are always over served and the bartender and even one of the managers just hang around them most of the time. When I asked for a drink the second time they went straight to “them” and forgot again. Plus the AC was out again. We usually come 3-5 times a week but this is getting ridiculous. These employees used to be on the ball.
The service and staff are amazing especially all the bartenders. Mangers are incredible with customer service. For me the staff is like family. I come here nearly everyday off new garden in Greensboro

They are great
I order 5 wings. When they arrived almost 25 min. Later they were tiny, almost burned and cold. I’m still appalled the server even sat them down in front of me. I did ask her if she noticed anything unusual. She said, oh those don’t look so fresh, could I request them to make you some fresh ones. Of course. 32 minutes later I received 5 fresh ones. Oh boy. The grease must be very old. Thats what they tasted like. Service was poor and the staff was gossiping about others. Terrible. Since the Reynolda road location closed I mostly go to the mt airy location. I’ve never had a bad experience there. Please do better.

Courtesy and my order is always right
Already sent email with no response. Order missing items on most recent visit. All items received were not fulfilled as ordered, not freshly cooked or proper temperature for safety. Just terrible and each previous order has had deficiency. Not trying again!

Service is great and so is the food
Normally I have great food and service. The last two times I've ordered chicken tenders, I've ask for no heat (Virgin). They were not virgin. I can't have spicy even mild.
The last order I did not get the sauce with my order. Also the cup of ranch did not have the lid on it it was a mess.
Since I can't have spicy food, I had to give my food to someone. it was either that or throw it away.
Like I mentioned previously, I have had good food and service in the past, but the last couple times I have been disappointed.

Wings with honey bbq sauce hit the spot.
Update menu, be more consistent in food quality and amount of food served, provide staff with opportunities for additional training in professionalism while in the front of the house.
Improve the ac inside. It’s almost 100 degrees outside and didn’t feel much better inside. Made us feel sick eating ranch and salad while sweating
This is the second visit that the wings were tough and overcooked. Salads and chips were delish, service was great, but I will not be back to order wings.

My wings were delicious! I always pay extra for saucy wings and I never feel that they are extra saucy, but this time they gave me extra sauce in the side And it was perfect! Thank you!

The fries were beautifully fried. Loved the batter. The wings were full of flavor and juicy. I love that you can select your heat level. Thanks for not skimping on the sides of sauce.
