As far as the food my experience is great! I love the Cajun garlic wings with medium heat!! Unfortunately the new app update is not user friendly! You are not able to pick your sauce for the wings or carrots.

I have been eating at this East Coast Wings locations regularly for five years. I have never had bad service. Every time I have visited I have been treated with kindness and respect. Also, the service is always prompt.

What could we do to improve?

Don't overcook the drums. The flats are perfect but the drums are always overcooked and tough. Sorry.

What could we do to improve?

Good service and great food. Prices are a bit steep however and the various upcharges seem excessive.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had 16 rewards in my app. One day they all disappeared without warning. This very nice lady (I think her name was tory) at home office tried to make it right. But it was nothing close to the 16 rewards that I EARNED!
