Put flatbreads back on your menu!!
The last 3 orders have all had something wrong with them
The order was sloppy. No sauce. On one
Sauce dripping out bag on the other. Also had another order for Monica. Chips were soooo soggy.
Host saw me and walked away. I understand she probably had other things she had to take care of first, but it would have been nice to be told she’d help in a minute.
Chris was very helpful and courteous. The wings were great!

You took my absolute favorite thing off the menu (chicken avocado flatbread). I was a frequent visitor to this location and a few others. I was so distraught over this, I emailed corporate and disappointingly got no response. I understand menu’s change sometimes, but to eliminate this entree outright is highly disappointing to me, that being said I will no longer be a frequent visitor. Sadly at the very least the flat bread should at least be an option for people like myself that watch what they eat and have zero interest in Texas toast.
Megan is not very pleasant… very moody and rude, as if we are bothering her. But there are times that she can be very sweet. She lets what ever is upsetting/distracting her show in her demeanor. There are too many other place to go with an attitude.

Better chairs. The chairs are difficult to get out of id you have any type of handicapped condition. The booths are also low to the ground for a handicapped individual. The food is very good.
We are always satisfied with our order. When ordering online, food is always ready on time.
The time it takes to receive the takeout order. Limited time at lunch, and having to wait ten minutes after due time doesn’t leave much time to get back and eat
Be more open and clear about checks , where to cash them, when we are getting them etc. Also, when people are learning/training, stop constantly coming over to them telling them to do this and that every few minutes, let them focus on one thing until they have it 100% down then allow them to do more stuff! it’s aggravating!!!!
