I ordered a 10 piece wing. My wings were not cooked fresh when I placed the order. The wings were hard, and the temperature was not hot.

What could we do to improve?

I would like to see your bathrooms taken care of. They have a constant smell, backed up at this particular store. The one in Statesville that is. Great food and friendly customer service is good at this store.
