Called in a to go lunch order yesterday (Tuesday)
and when I went in to pick up….
Asked if I could eat it at the bar (which was completely empty) and hostess told me no.
Went out and ate on the outside patio but very poor customer service.
I even added a 15% tip on my takeout order and couldn’t even just eat quick at the bar.
Disappointed.
Our food was hot, fresh and delicious and came to our table very quickly. Our server, Diana, was exceptional and took great care of us.
Excelente service, great food and beer
ECW on N. Main in High Point always does a good job! Friendly staff and good food!
Service was very slow and we couldn’t get our waiter to bring us our check.
The Philly cheesesteak was exceptional, and the flavor profiles of the chicken sandwich were remarkably well-balanced.
The best wings place in Manassas, Va and Northern Virginia
My go to place for wings and all the other food they
A terrific place
The owner is very as is all the staff
This place is a hidden gem
I tell all my relatives and friends about it
The food is always good and we had a particularly good server last night. Better than many we have had, but Kernersville has much better than high point which always seems understaffed.
I ordered 25 mild Kamakazi wings and 25 Mango habanero. I drove home and the 25 Kamakazi had ot been sauced. They were just plain fried chicken wings. I called and spoke with an empoyere, she advised me to bring them back. I advised her that I live 22 miles away from their location. I asked if I could come Thursday to have the order remade, she advised me that I would need to keep the unsauced wings and bring them Thursday. I took a picture as proof of what I was saying but I will NOT keep food several days to give back as 'proof' of what im saying. That was the most ridiculous request I had ever heard of!
My ordee was incorrect and I arrived at the pickup tim but my food had clearly been sitting there for quite some time as the fries were room temp and bore a closer resemblance to mashed potatoes with hos soggy they were.
Service was a little slow
We were there on Monday night and ordered 15 boneless wings. It took a long time to get them and the wings were very sparsely sauced. We complained but only heard excuses.
We received 2 containers of sauce, but they were cold and not suitable for the wings.
No price concession was made for us.
I love the food from East Coast wings
The hamburger and cheese quesadillas are so amazing and the fries are always on point
My favorite is the side of barbecue to dip the quesadilla and fries in
We always make a takeout order when we are in MtAiry! We love the wings
Normally just mild-med heat but it's perfect to us! Thanks for you service@
The food and the atmosphere.
The wings are big, juicy and tasty. Timely service. Very affordable in the wing market nowadays if you take advantage of the specials. Also plenty of variety in wing flavors which can make for a unique experience every time you order.
The ease of ordering-always love the wings & hot chips-thanks again for a wonderful experience!
The food is always great and the service is quick.
Employee answering the phone said she didn't know if she would be able to bring out our curbside order because she was too busy. My husband went inside and there were 2 people just standing at the entry and he was able to pick up the food. The food was great. Train employees how to answer the phone and what to say. Don't offer curbside pick up if it can't be fulfilled.
I have ordered food from this location numerous times and the food has been great every time. I will co time to eat at this location.
Quick response and courtesy
Excellent food great service. Best value in eating out that I know of with their 2 for $20 deal.
As always the staff was great and my wings came out hot and to me the most important part … they were cooked throughly. The fries were crispy !!
Food was fresh and hot. The service was very good.
The sweet potato fries are sooooo good!!!
Everything was great
I ENJOY THE VARIETY ON THE MENU AND APPRECIATE THE WAIT STAFF.
