Our server was so nice. The food was so good.
Using my birthday credit. Usually visit the ECW in Mocksville, but after my last visit there - I will be in Clemmons from now on. Excellent staff and service.
We ordered yesterday to pick up. We ordered 10 wings and got 9. We ordered 2 sides of onion rings and asked that they not be burned. We got 1 order and half of them were burned.
We like what you sell if only your kitchen force could get the order correct.

The salad, that I order just about EVERY night, seems to be getting smaller and smaller. I have resulted having to add my own salad mix to the salad to have it make a meal.
Not sure if it is because it is take out, but the box is never more than 1/2 full.

We just moved to Mocksville and received a welcome gift certificate in the mail for East Coast Wings & Grill and thought okay let's try it. I have to say the wings are the best I have ever had and the service was awesome!! I'd recommend East Coast Wings & Grill to everyone!!

My online order was incorrect. I took the wings back to the restaurant and instead of making the wings over the correct way, they just threw them in some sauce and sprinkled seasoning on them 😡

Make the portions of sides , tots, chips etc... what they use to be. It's been cut into half of what it use to be. Reason why my family orders from there is the sides.
We love this place! The workers are great and food is good! We always have a great time!
The girls are always friendly.
We did a take out order and had fries and Tator tots. They of course were soggy when we got home. I wonder if there is a different type of packaging to help them stay crispier for take out orders. Everything else was wonderful!

ECW in Mount Airy is a family favorite and has been for years. The food is consistently good and that means a lot when it comes to food.
My chicken on my chicken sandwich was overcooked.
I was not even able to eat it because it was hard.
