We go there often and have never had a negative experience. Staff is courteous and food tastes great.
Great food great customer service… Bartenders Khris & Ashley are always helpful never have anyone looking for them for help they’re always there and always looking to make your experience a good. Been going there for a few years now & it’s always been good.

My wings have been smaller than they used to be the last few times I've been in. This time they were overcooked and dry with very little sauce. I didn't order dry rub. If i ask for more sauce then I get charged for it. Salad was good.

Wings were tough. Some had dark meat. Overall not as good as when the store first opened.

Always love coming to ECW my grandson loves the games on TV and the food is great.
Fiesta quesadilla was luke warm no sauce on top like in previous time. Used crispy fingers and just cut them. Service was slow per usual. There was a time we would go once a week and enjoyed it, even if service was slow now we go once every 2 months and are reminded each time why we domt frequent visit
The last two visit my wings wasn't as good and hot as my very first visit.
Normally wings use more sauce. The wings on this visit were dray with only a light amount of sauce used to flavor them. Many of the wings almost seemed naked
The food is not consistent when we order to-go. Sometimes the wings have enough sauce and some times there's barely enough to cover half of them. Our last order we did not get the carrots, celery, or ranch with our 25 wings and neither kids meal came with it's respective dressing/sauce. There have been other issues where we have ordered extra carrots and or celery and they were not provided. Please step up the consistency! We the order is good it's good. When it's bad it sucks. Thanks.
