Service was mediocre and food arrived to my table cold. I ordered wings, hot chips and carrots with ranch. I had to ask 3 times for the carrots. The waitress didn’t refill drinks or listen when we spoke and had an attitude at moments. We felt ignored at times by our waitress. The waitress that was serving other tables in the same room filled our drinks for us.
The server Nelly is always excellent and my wings are always delicious!!!
Please look into opening another location in Philadelphia at a vacant Applebee's located at The Andorra Shopping Plaza (701 Cathedral Rd. Philadelphia Pa. 19128). This is an ideal location and I truly believe your business would be successful there.
I ordered the 5 count Chicken Fingers, grilled. The quality of the chicken was poor.I can't recall the last time I ordered grilled chicken and some ( maybe all) of the pieces had some skin (or something that looked like skin) still attached in some places. In addition, I was unable to separate the skin-like substance from the chicken meat. Also, at least 3 of my 5 chicken fingers had a rubbery, tubular substance (or thing) protruding from one end of the chicken.
The diet soda was flat.Whether my glass was being filled from a pitcher,the carbonation setting was set to low, or they were out of CO2, I don't know.
I did enjoy the "Homemade" potato chips.Also, our server Nellie was the best and one of, if not the best reason we returned to ECW&G. She remembered my name and I only recall seeing her there twice in the past year. This was our 5th visit in the past 12 months.
I enjoyed your new coconut shrimp appetizer. Please keep that on the menu.

The staff especially your manager is the best!!!!
The service wasn’t great. The waitress seemed new and didn’t provide like plates, refills, and napkins when when our party received the appetizers. When we asked for plates we only enough for less than half of our party. It took a while for our party to get our checks.

Wings were not done all the way, was the main issue
The food is always great at the Goldsboro location and the service is great too. They young lady who took care of us yesterday was exceptionally good!

Brie (spelling bartender) is the absolute best in kville, never in a bad mood and always on top of things! Love her.
Now the skinny lady with dark hair (curly), not sure ofher name but she has the personality of a rock, a stucco wall, a flat tire w a nail in it it seems she has been cut back but Jesus. I’m easy going and treat most well, she has fire in her eyes and if she doesn’t know u, ur out! Been going there for years. If Curly is at the bar, I walk out!

I ordered 5 lemon pepper wings with a 10 pcs and a side salad. They forget to put the 5 pc of lemon pepper in the bag. I ordered on line. The 10 pc was for my husband luckily they got the salad right. lol
