Order an appetizer and we received our food before the appetizer. When we asked our server she went back to the kitchen and brought it which means it had been sitting there waiting to be brought out to us. After the fact no discount nor anything was applied.
This might have been the best visit to ECW to date with very little issues. We actually got utensils before the meal!

Jeff and Bri really make it worth coming in. They remember us and treat us very well. They allow us to be normal human beings. Almost like a family atmosphere they create. They both are awesome. We have had a couple of orders not correct when we order over the phone but management always makes sure it gets corrected.
Food was hot and on point as usual. Loved that the wait staff was there to help me find all 3 of my orders. And even told me to check and make sure everything was included. I checked the bags and everything was there. Told the staff and they were very kind and told me to enjoy.
