Service, waiting time, and food quality
Everything from the food to the waitress
Everything was great and our waitress was awesome. She is the bartender and waitress for the bar area. One reason we go there is because of her. Forgot her name but she deserves to be recognized.
Food was great as always. If I had only one bad thing to say was that we felt the portion of chips we were given seemed a little light.

The atmosphere is comfortable but the best thing about the Philadelphia location is the Server Nellie. Nellie is attentive, pleasant and always greets her table with a nice smile. She makes everyone she waits on feel like they are the most important person in the restaurant. The food is good but her service is amazing. My children and I visit at least twice a month because of the service we receive from Nellie at the Aramingo Avenue location. She is fantastic!
I visit once a week and have great food every time.
My grandson was very disappointed with his wings. They were not chewable

When I went to pick up the food the person at the front was very friendly and helpful.
The food was good but the hamburger was a little overcooked this time, usually they are very good. They are juicy and not overcooked like this time.
The kitchen needs to be faster : I mean it's takes like half an hour to get food even when they aren't busy.

For the 1st in about two months the wing sauce was made correctly! I had the drunken apple which was delicious. I had stopped getting it because it was so thin the sauce would not stay on the wing. When I said something to the manager, he said he had also been thin and runny. Who knew the customer was right? But, thank you so much for the delicious wings
The sweet potato fries were soaked in grease from the spicy peach tacos. Even after trying to dry them out, we had to dispose of them. I love your homemade chips; however, mine were also soggy from the over abundance of grease. One of the chips was 4” squared - a strange looking anomaly that also was quickly thrown away.
To make things right - have the manager monitor the kitchen habits closely.
The food we could salvage was delicious.
