Our server was fantastic! Food was good too
I understand when you are busy on Friday evening, but that doesn't mean to lose the quality of your food. When I get home and try the food, it has no heat flavor to it, and I had to use hot Sause to give some flavor. The amount of carrot and celery every time it's get less and less.
Hope next time I get better quality.

we ordered loaded tots and the kitchen sent it out without cheese, after waiting 20 minutes for that to come out, the wings were brought to the table without the side item, we had to remind the server again for both the cheese and the side item. the side item arrived after the meal was completed.
the food quality and service is always poor at this location.
It doesn't matter what I write. I did one of these surveys before and no one contacted me about the last survey I sent. I probably will not be going to this restaurant any longer.
Food, customer service, and drinks!
2 of our wings were raw because they were a lot bigger than the rest of them, we didn’t want them replaced and took the rest home (would feel better after cooking them some more) because we didn’t want the raw ones replaced we paid full price and left. We’re definitely not complainers and willing to pay for what we want, just thought they could’ve gave us some kind of discount for good measure, we eat there appropriately twice a month.

Greeting as I came in. Service was excellent along with the quality of food.
Do not over cook wings and your mild is too mild
My food was thrown together on my plate. I ordered a salad which was messy. The lettuce was cut up in large chunks just to make it look like I had some salad on my plate. I was highly disappointed. I also ordered the grilled chicken wrap. The wrap was wet on the bottom and there was hardly any chicken up on my
wrap. I noticed that every time I go to the East Coast Wings in Kinston NC. the cashier is doing several jobs. She's the cashier, waitress and the hostess. The wait time just to get my food can be very lengthy. This is not the first time that I was dissatisfied with my food. Every now and then the food is good and I I will call them and let them know how good the food taste. This last time at East Coast Wings in Kinston North Carolina will probably be my last time because I'm tired of spending money on food that is hit and miss. After all these years in the business, it should be a little more consistent with the food that the serve to the public. That's how disappointed I was with my food when I picked it up.
The food and service were both great!
The length of time it takes to get the order we placed was pretty long. This has happened several times; however, this time, I believe our server forgot to put the order in, but I can't say 100%. The manager did discount our food total, so that helped. We love East Coast Wings and Grill, but if something is going on while we're waiting for our food, I think it's only fair to notify the customers.
Lastly, don't serve food that looks dried out. Either fix it or let the customer know the truth, that you simply cannot serve it at this time.
The salad was good, steak/cheese was good, and the wrap was good. The mac and cheese was thick and gummy, and some of the boneless wings were pretty small.
More sauce on the wings please.

Ordered steak & cheese sub with no peppers and it came out with peppers on it. Had to remake it. Felt amount of steak on sub isn't enough for what you charge for it. It barely covered the bread.

The young man that was my waiter was very consistent and attentive to his job.
I would think there would be some sort of accuracy check on orders? Ordered takeout and my boneless wings were not sauced at all. Ordered Maui and received plain eventhough Maui was written on the box. Was disappointed. Food was still good though. Still just disappointed based on price paid and didn't get my order correct.
The food is always perfect!
Customer service during take out they show you your order and verify to the ticket to be sure its correct.
The honey bbq boneless wings were delicious, as was the mac ‘n cheese and tater tots. Our waiter was prompt and friendly. We had zero wait time for a table. We also appreciated the $4 incentive that was automatically added to rewards members accounts.
