Always friendly atmosphere
Service was great, but it always is with Isabella!! Food was good, but I always get volcano heat on my wings and it just wasn't that. The details of the food there are kinda hit and miss sometimes.
The food is excellent and the service from Nelly is outstanding!!!!
I always enjoy the food. The hamburger was seasoned so well. I also enjoy the service. I come in frequently for lunch and the bartender recognizes me and she gives great service.

The food is great but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. We were sitting at the bar and noticed an employee coming in from smoking and sat next to us at the bar and started wrapping silverware. We thought she was a special needs customer. Kinda freaked us out. It’ll be a while before we ever come back.
Both of my meals and sides were cold and not fresh. I would like to give this location another chance by remaking my order.

The team at 1579 A-B New Garden Road • Greensboro, NC 27410 were outstanding.
When the wings arrived to the table, they were dried out and cool to the touch. Almost appeared to have been cooked hours in advance and left under a heating lamp then warmed in the microwave. I normally have great service at this location but this visit was less than desirable.
Take out order was wrong. Had to drive 20 mins back to get it corrected

The food was great as always. I was placing a to go order and had to wait almost 15 minutes to just place the order. I stood there without even being spoken to while she and another girl were trying to figure out how to refund a man who had been overcharged and had paid cash on his to go order. I finally had to ask if someone could take my order and one of the girls said they were helping the other man. I understand that but I shouldn’t have had to wait so long just to place a simple 1 item order. They didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there. If you have video you can see what I’m talking about and possibly use it for training.
